I tried to dine at this restaurant today and was patiently waiting for a parked car to leave the front of the restaurant so that i could take its spot. Just as I was getting ready to park, a very rude purported "security" guard told me the spot was for special customers or certain employees and I was not allowed to park there. The spot is on a public road and there are no signs banning parking. This is ridiculous and, considering how empty this place was, I'm not sure any special customers or employees actually exist. Save urself the drive and go someplace else, where it is safe, and caters to customers. No need to be treated like this.

I love KTCHN DTLA my only slightly is that they do not serve alcohol, brunch just ain't complete without a KTCHN DTLA.

Hidden away in the downtown LA arts district, this was quite a find. There's a food truck which had a great carnitas burrito. They also had a truck that served beer wine and mixed drinks. The atmosphere is great with the tables, lights, and overall good atmosphere.

This place had a really nice vibe to it. The drinks were pricey but strong and tasted yummy. The food truck had limited choices, I went for the pork burrito which was so good. The meat had so much flavor I was surprised. Went for a friend's birthday, it was packed but they checked vaccine card. It made me feel better to be in a crowded area knowing people were vaccinated. I do know you can still get covid with the shot but I honestly felt better knowing people were checked at the door. I would say the place is clean and I would definitely go again.

Not sure if Ktchn and the Resident are owned by the same individual, but the owner over at the Resident did fail to show professionalism and good hospitality. I was discriminated, my intelligence was called into question with his condescending attitude. Seems like a personal problem to me but I will make sure to tell everyone not to visit this venue due to the poor service and discrimination I received from interacting with the owner.

I love this place!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I drove 8 mikes all the way here and its closed. You guys need to update their times on yelp. I had the cauliflower bowl and it was the best thing I ate in a long long time

Ktchn Dtla is a food truck located inside Resident. We went on a Friday night to grab a drink from Resident and came across this place. And wow, we were pleasantly surprised with how delicious their breakfast burrito was! It has chile verde, citrus pork carnitas, scrambled eggs, cheddar, crispy potatoes, Serrano cream, jalapeno aioli, pico de Gallo and cilantro. We'll definitely swing by whenever we're craving breakfast burrito late night. They only have a few items on their menu and we're excited to try more.
