The food was amazing… but the atmosphere coming from that place, the attitude coming from the waiter last night, the way he was speaking to my friends asking us to leave because we were there “long enough”… giving me a warm soda when I had asked for it cold. Taking 30 minutes to bring a fork and a spoon… Not having soap in the restrooms. And the cherry on top was that you couldn’t split the bill, which is something that should be disclosed to you before you order. It was really upsetting and humiliating. The waiter needs better customer service skills!!!
Edit: responding here to state facts. I’m not going to go back forth and fight over a review . But will not let you tell me my facts are “not adding up” instead of just taking accountability or apologizing. There’s a difference between standing up for yourself and being unnecessary
1. I called multiple times over the course of a few days to get answer. “I’ll leave a message” was the answer. I called again and your employee hung up. Then you immediately followed up (this is after 3-4days within the first call) I have call logs
2. I did arrive early for the food lol. Have call log when I made the order and Tesla log when I arrived lol. Also if you actually read my review instead of being so quick to clap back it says i ate it within 30 min of picking up, nothing accusing you of when you made your food Lol
3. I wrote this review bc i couldn’t get a hold of anyone so definitely did not write this out of spite and tried to contact you in private and not trying to “start” anything as you’re insinuating.
Shit happens I get it but don’t fight me and try to blame this on “I got my facts wrong”. It wouldn’t have escalated if it was handled properly

My sister and I both got food poisoning from the pho takeout and were out of commission for 4+ days. When I called to report it, the employee hung up absolutely unacceptable given the seriousness of food poisoning. I’ve also noticed multiple reviews mentioning rude service, which is concerning
We ordered two house pho, one spring roll, and one egg roll. I arrived early and the order was handed to me immediately no wait time or food sitting out. Within 30 minutes of eating, both my sister and I became sick and were out of commission
The fact that the employee hung up on me when I called is unacceptable for a health and safety issue.

The food was very good! I tried the spring rolls and the steak pho, no complaints about either ^^ The place itself is a little small though so be forewarned!

I tried KTOWN PHO for the first time and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Wagyu House Pho and it was absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and came with a generous portion of meat. I paired it with a Thai tea, which was perfectly refreshing and balanced the meal so well. Service was quick, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the ambiance made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

This place should be rated 5 stars ya’lll!!! Like it’s a small hole in the wall but it provides fresh delicious good quality pho! I mean the broth was amazing alone. I got the oxtail (it is cooked in bone broth for 7 hours!) They also have Waygu options as well I added that to my oxtail pho! Bomb! Even the rice vermicelli noodles were high quality! A lot of pho places they break apart easily and lose their chewiness; but here they were still chewy and not too soft! They didn’t break apart like others! My hubs had the spring rolls and they were also packed with veggies and flavor! Also came with three tasting dipping sauces !!! I also ❤️ LoVE the fact that they had two types of chilli sauces! I love chili oil ! A lot of places only have sriracha.

Food was 4 stars — I did not like the noodles that were used for the pho but the soup broth, the protein, and the spring rolls were delicious. Detail oriented customer service. Nice takeout packaging and add on’s —
Thank you!

It’s an interesting entryway. There’s parking in the back but I just found street parking. You first walk in before you turn left and then the pho restaurant is to your right. I came alone but the staff was super friendly! I got the filet mignon pho with a Thai iced tea. I love that they add sliced ginger on top. The Thai tea was a bit too sweet but the ice evened it out. I enjoyed coming here and I’m glad I took a long drive to try it out!

This was one of if not the best bowl of pho I’ve ever had in all of America
I added tendon to my pho and it was some of the nicest cleanest pieces of tendon I’ve ever had in pho
And the ox tail was INSANE

Pro:
- More lime is free
- “Comparable to OC pho” but maybe at 80%
- Flavorful chili oil
- Quick & friendly service
Con:
- Ran out of basil
- Music is a wee bit loud
- No eggroll combo because they ran out
- More onion is $1. They don’t discount for having no basil but they charge for onions? 😞
I had the vegan pho, and it was delicious. Everything was as it should be. Tasty and fresh. Good flavor, huge portion. Great spot if you love pho. They have many more varieties. If you don't prefer the soup, they do have big salads with everything in.
It was ok
Great customer service
