It's great but, we used to have it delivered to us but, now it doesn't have that option??? Why was it changed? We can only do pick up
If you’re looking for great pho, this Vietnamese restaurant absolutely delivers. The broth is rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced, with deep flavor that tastes like it’s been simmered for hours. The noodles were fresh, the meat was tender, and the portion size was generous. Everything came out hot and beautifully prepared, with fresh herbs that really completed the dish. Service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. This is easily one of the best places around for a satisfying bowl of pho, and I’ll definitely be back again.

Can soup be heavenly perfection? Yes it is at KTown Pho.
I’ve had Pho in SF. In Sac. In Oaktown. In Fresno. In Coachella V. And KTown Pho is by far the yummiest of all. In fact, it’s the best Pho in all of California. These young people know how to run an excellent, amazing and impressive restaurant. I’m honored.

Where do I even begin? My friend and I came into this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon (4pm-ish) and it was slow. There were allegedly no tables available so we were told to put our names down. We waited about 7-10 mins and were sat. We each ordered the House Pho since it seemed to be the most popular dish, as well as an order of Spring Rolls. The waiter who was attending to us repeated our order which was (2) bowls of House Pho, Spring Rolls, and (2) beverages. When the food came out we only received one of the Pho dishes and one beverage. We asked to follow up on our additional soup and beverage only to the waited to tell us that we had only ordered one soup dish and one drink. We were very confused since he had repeated the order to us before sending it to the kitchen.
The soup itself was lukewarm and flavor of the broth wasn't necessarily extraordinary. Similar to what others have written, it lacked flavor and tasted watered down. Pho should be packed with flavor and hot. The quality of meat was okay, but don't think I'll be going back. I wish I had nicer things to say about this place, but everything was disappointing.
TLDR; overhyped, lacks flavor, and overpriced.

Beware, service is embarrassingly bad and we almost had a fatal peanut allergy incident:
1) We asked if their house spicy sauce had peanuts since my girlfriend is allergic. One server lied to us and said no. We asked another who admitted they weren’t sure and asked the owners and lo and behold - it has peanuts.
2) Trying to move forward, we asked for a bowl of pho with no cilantro and they brought it with full cilantro.
When asking if they could do anything for us about this situation, they said they couldn’t.

Waited an hour to get my pho once I sat down. An hour ! For pho?!? That’s insane. It wasn’t even packed. The table next to me also waited the same time

Service is amazing, all the workers are REALLY kind. There is usually a wait on weekends during 7-9PM but it goes quick. Best wagyu pho in LA and the Thai tea is good too. Only bad part is parking.

Just worked the LA convention center and we were on our way to LAX. Needed a quick bite and we were craving pho. Was easy to find but hard to find parking. Had to circle twice before I could find a spot. Try and park a block away and walk there. Got a table immediately on a Saturday night but noticed they had a quick turnover of tables. The place is small and suited to smaller parties or pairs. Got the pho with wagyu and pho with oxtail which was great and hit the spot.

It’s a joke in the wall type of joint but the pho is very flavorful and delicious. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait so just be patient. The staff are friendly and helpful but they are spread thin handling so many tables and orders at once so again be patient.

Walking in the smell immediately hits you and it was absolutely delightful. The service was fantastic. once I received my food and tasted it I was in heaven this is definitely my new favorite Pho restaurant. If you haven't already you should give them a try.
