The food has been delicious since I started coming here in the 1990s. It hasn't changed! Thank goodness for that! I highly recommend the beef yakiniku and beef short ribs. My husband loves the chicken teriyaki. Their salad is different from most in an excellent way. It's a hole-in-the-wall worth coming to whenever I'm in K-town!

Best salmon I ever had, My first time at KUSHIMBO and I ordered the salmon. That KUSHIMBO salmon was cooked perfect and tasted perfect. Good place to eat good healthy salmon for 22 bucks..

This is one of my favorite places in the world, I’m addicted to their yakisoba. Unfortunately it’s a tale of two chefs or something. Sometimes it’s beautiful, filled with color and vegetables and garnishes and is obviously made with such care. Then the other half of the time it looks like this…
