Kusina Filipina Los Angeles offers an authentic and nostalgic Filipino dining experience. The restaurant has the distinct aroma of a traditional kitchen, with the scent of a hot rice cooker and the tangy notes of vinegar. Their chicken adobo is a standout dish, with juicy meat and a well-balanced sauce. The lumpia are tightly wrapped and delightfully crispy, while the sisig features quality pork that reheats perfectly. The restaurant also hosts a weekly community comedy show, showcasing their support for local activities. The service has a laid-back feel, but the incredible and genuine Filipino cuisine makes it a worthwhile destination. Customers praise the delicious and comforting food, particularly the pansit bihon, chicken adobo, and lumpia. Kusina Filipina is an excellent choice for a family dinner, with friendly staff and generous portions. The BBQ sticks were tender; the Bulalo was flavorable with fresh vegetables and beef; Lumpiang was crispy; customers loved their Palabok and the portions were very generous. This was truly authentic Filipina food and seemed lovingly cooked. The restaurant was so clean and the customer service was great. With 40 people to feed, Kusina Filipina absolutely knocked it out of the park. Flavor, temperature, and the service was amazing. Customers love the sinigang and the karekare.
