Kusina Filipina Los Angeles

My mom was craving some Filipino food so we searched for a Filipino restaurant close by. As we walked in, the restaurant was completely empty so we were assuming we would get our Togo order quickly. Boy were we wrong. A man took my food and drink order and waited over 30 minutes. We spent over $70 only to be disappointed in the taste and quantity for the price we paid. They did not fill my order correctly by giving me two orders of the same thing and the amount of dinuguan was not even a full order! I will definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone nor will I ever go back there. Beware of Kusina Filipina they are overpriced and not worth visiting!

I was really looking forward to having more Filipino food in the eagle rock area and we did a take out order. The food took forever to come out, over 30 minutes. There was no one else there, it didn’t seem like they were busy with online orders, and it was 3pm so it was def not gonna be busy. And even with that long I I was of a wait time, the worst part is that our chicken inasal was not fully cooked at all. It was quite expensive for the amount of food we got. Super disappointed and won’t be going back.

Now I don't have a car & means of Transportation...I use UberEats & Postmates. Thank you for all The Kind Drivers who Picks up My Meals & Deliver it promptly to the my doorstep. We came here for the seafood kare kare but they are out due to high demand the day before. Food is good and reasonably priced.

I already posted my review on Yelp but I will post it also in Google my personal review of this Authentic Filipino Cuisine “Kusina Filipina”.This is my first time writing a review of a Filipino restaurant. OMG, their food is super delicious and authentic, lots of items to choose from. prices are very affordable and the server is very hospitable. can't wait to go back to this place. Even though I live in Ventura county I will still find time to visit this place and dine with my friend.Thank you Kusina Filipina for serving Los Angeles. You guys rock and awesome ???

This review is based on an Uber eats delivery and I’m pretty sure it would be a higher rating if I ate in the restaurant. With that said, I think this is really Filipino food overall.I ordered the fried bangus with garlic rice, egg fried tortang talong & Kare Kare. The fried bangus was delicious with and the garlic fried rice really went well with it. The fish itself was well seasoned with that sour tang that’s just the right amount. The tortang talong was about average, I’m used to the egg cooked more and a lot more browned. The Kare Kare was excellent and with the bagoong, it felt like home. Add it to the garlic fried rice and it’ll be an excellent dining experience.I’d definitely order for delivery here again and one day check out the restaurant in person.
