We order the 24 piece chicken and potato wedges take out. First, of all there was only one person before us but our food took about 30-40 mins. Once I got home the potato wedges box was filled less than half way and we notice that there was less than 24 chicken pieces. I counted them and there were only 20 pieces of chicken. For the amount of money we paid ( pretty expensive) I would expect for them to make sure they get our order right. I tried to call them a few times to let them know about this unfortunate situation but no one ever answers the phone.

Don't come to this parking lot. Don't come to this restaurant. Even if you bought something to take away, you have to pay $5 for parking. The restaurant doesn't provide parking for customers. I think this is disrespectful to customers.
Despite the fact that there were fewer customers compared to other brands in the early morning, it took over 30 minutes to take my order. When I got home and tried the food, the sauce was flavorful, but the chicken itself was dry and unappealing, so I ended up relying on the sauce to enjoy it. The branded packaging and utensils were neat and hygienic, showing attention to detail. However, the overall taste of the food did not meet expectations, especially considering the price.

The quality is not the same anymore and they are way too stingy about their sauces for such high priced chicken
11/30/24 they are slower than ever now and most of the items that were worth picking are gone.
After waiting patiently after placing the order for about 25 minutes I decided to check with the staff and was told to wait about 10 more minutes and they are not even busy at this time barely 3 tables sitting and 4 tickets on the kitchen where mine was placed as a first ticket and they messed up and had I not checked again I would have been waiting for another hour or so… what a disappointment all over again to come back to this . Never again

The taste is different from before and you have to wait more than 30 minutes after ordering.
It seems like everyone needs to change except for the waitress.

Why raise the price like this? I won't eat it anymore, just
Until recently, the price for 20 chicken wings through Uber and Doordash was ~$35, but the price has increased significantly recently, reaching close to $45, or $56 including tip, service charge, and tax. Since I can eat chicken twice and buy electronic devices, I won't eat it again unless the price goes down.

I don't think it's okay to say it's Kyochon... I ordered and ate it, thinking about the taste I had in Korea, but I really regretted ordering chicken.

so you guys raised the price AND reduce the portions? yea I'm not coming here anymore. Ridiculous.
So overpriced now - took out 1 wing in the combo and raising the price by $3? Rediculous
This was to me the best wing spot around, but sadly, last night was horrible, from the 40-minute wait time, getting the wrong order of wings, and the most bland kimichi fried rice I ever Had,i actually fried the rice once I got home. I understand that with popular restaurants, the wait times are a given, but do not let the quality of service and food drop.
Because then you have completed the Trifecta

The portion size is a joke. Chicken nugget size 8 pieces for $16? bb.q chicken is multiple times better than Kyochon chicken.
