To add to this the food was mid at best the chicken was bland and the service was slow.

I had an appalling experience at this Kyochon location. I ordered via the app at 5:50 PM for a 6:16 PM pickup. I arrived at 6:35 PM, and it still wasn't ready. When I asked about the delay, the Korean female staff member working at the register was incredibly disrespectful. Instead of apologizing, she glared at me and snapped, 'We are busy, what do you want us to do?' Her attitude was beyond unprofessional. The manager was just as bad. He prioritized a large 250-chicken order over existing customers and told me if I didn't want to wait, I should just get a refund and leave. They showed zero respect for my time. Even when handing me the food, the same Korean woman at the register was extremely blunt and grumpy. This place has no sense of customer service. Avoid this location if you don't want to be treated with such hostility.

I thought this place was closed for construction—what happened?! It’s so much better now! It’s brighter, more spacious, and the chicken tastes even better! Oh my god! I feel like I’m going to come here all the time!
