The staff here are so kind and attentive. We ordered an iced matcha latte with honey — it tasted clean and bright (and not too sweet) — and a smoked salmon onigiri that hit the spot, for a late lunch. We will make sure to come earlier next time since most of the onigiri had already sold out by the afternoon. Extra special shout out to kyucafe for being family-friendly. Can’t wait to come back to try out one of the many ramen options to make in the café when the weather gets cooler.

The family that runs this cafe is so kind; the customer service was truly unmatched. To drink I had a blueberry matcha, which had actual little blueberries in the drink that added the perfect burst of fruity flavor to an already wonderful matcha. I also had a breakfast burrito and onigiri 🍙, both of which were very good. Also, it's next door to a laundromat that has a lot of parking behind it, so that's a plus for the location. If I lived in LA, I'd be at this cafe constantly.
