The chunky pork was tough maybe overcooked. The waiter didn't give good customer service. He didn't offer to make me another dish. I couldn't eat the colossal burrito.

La Barca Restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere with attentive staff. Although the restroom is small and the restaurant can feel a bit cramped, the quality of the food makes it worth a visit. The chicken soup is particularly delicious, and many customers have praised the grilled fish as well. The side of garlic sauce is a must-try, enjoyed by many at the table. Service and drink quality can vary, but the staff is generally friendly and professional. Pricing is fair for the portion sizes. Located near a freeway, parking can be challenging, but it remains a popular spot for many customers seeking authentic Mexican food, with options for vegetarians and vegans. The outside may not attract attention, but the interior vibe and food make it a place worth enjoying.
The restaurant offers great deals on lunch specials, and the flavors of the food are excellent. It's a great option for a quick lunch date or early dinner. The restaurant is family-oriented and appears to be family-run. Customers recommend trying the Chile Rojo burrito covered in red sauce, which is delicious. The restaurant has been a favorite for over 25 years, with customers praising the great food and ambiance, despite the occasional long wait times.
