Their meats are pretty good. But way overpriced. Ambiance is nice but would not shop here. I think it's pretty expensive

The meats are always very fresh and delicious, but pricey. You get what you pay for. I just went to get ranchera and it was 16.99 per pound, but they do have cheaper cuts.

Honestly the best carnicería around this part of town. You cannot find another that is very up to code with their meats, chicken and fish. Very convenient when shopping for produce and especially grabbing a to go agua fresca! You have to try the food they make it's very yummy!! Oh and take a salsa - especially the chipotle salsa. Everyone who works here treats everyone politely and they are very humble people.Don't miss out on this gem!

Support small businesses. This market has a lot of mexican products. Nice meat cuts. Pollo al carbon combo( includes beans and rice) is delicious.

The burritos here are not as good as they were 30 years ago. So it was kind of disappointing having a burrito now. Perhaps the thing that made the food better back then was the care put into preparing good, flavorful meat. IIRC back then the meat was cooked using the traditional method of a vertical rotisserie with heat from wood coals. So the meat had this great smoky flavor. Now the meat is prepared on griddle and tastes like it.
