Orange Juice by Alain Milliat
As a regulatory decision, neither water nor sugar can be added to any fruit juices. A fruit juice must absolutely be a natural product. Only Cox's apple and Autumn pear juices can be enhanced with Vitamin C to avoid oxidation.
Mango Juice by Alain Milliat
Nectars involve slightly juicy and pulpy fruits and the ones for which juices do not represent the main characteristic of the fruit. Therefore the pulp, skin, seeds and pits are extracted while vegetable waste is thrown away. The pulp is then extended with water. The right balance between sugar and fruit acidity is thus rebuilt in the watery part so that the natural original balance of the fruit is not distorted but totally enhanced.
Evian Water
Each drop of evian starts as rain and melting snow on the peaks of the Northern Alps. It filters through layers of glacial sand on a 15+ year journey deep in the heart of the mountains. Through this process, evian is filtered naturally, without chemicals, giving it the purity, mineral content, and taste that nature intended.

Delicious apple turnover! Tart, not-too-sweet apple filling imported from France apparently! Great chocolate mouse with mango passion fruit filled pastry! Excellent coffee as well! Love this place!

What a lovely little spot. The owner was so friendly and it smelled AMAZING when we walked in. We got a ham and cheese turnover and an almond croissant--10/10. Great area for walking around in the morning as well.

Hands down one of the best bakeries in LA! We had the chocolate almond croissant and veggie quiche. Both 10/10. Especially the croissant- gooey on the inside, flaky and full of flavor on the outside 😍😍😍
