Busy, popular seafront restaurant. We visited twice in a week there and enjoyed everything - lamb, moules Roquefort, sardines, excellent salad catalan. Kids enjoyed burgers and steak too. Staff friendly and efficient. Would recommend.
Lovely restaurant, amazing setting with great service. I had the lamb, my wife had the goats cheese salad and my son had the sausage and fries. All was well received and washed down with a lovely bottle of local rose wine. A great finishing touch when we got the bill is that they gave my son some bubbles to play with after. Great place also visited in 2019 and still just as good ??
Highly recommend a visit here if you’re in Argeles. Great service, varied kids menu, beautiful food (the sesame crusted tuna was delicious) - along with everything else we ordered. Reasonably priced for the quality in comparison to others in the area. Lovely cocktails too :)
Lovely restaurant with at the Ocean side, nice and very helpful staff who are very friendly! Price and quality are very good!
We loved La Cocina. Lovely beachfront restaurant, although I highly recommend trying to get into the little courtyard at the back which is just so pretty. Good English. Good awareness of dietary needs (gluten). Recommend the salmon and the ribs. We visited twice in our stay and it was probably our favourite place.
Have always loved it since I was a kid. Till now that I take my kids. Food is beyond delicious. If u want authentic Mexican food you found it.
Kid-friendliness: Many kid friendly options.
My mom brought us here every time she had the chance too so we can eat gorditas de carnitas. Which is my to go to dish from here. The salsa isn’t spicy at all… but I would recommend getting jalapeños but they do charge 0.75 or probably a $1 (my mom says back in the day they used to give them out but people wouldn’t eat them and it was a waste) my son had tacos de asada and he ate it all.Obviously they have other dishes. But my family has always gone for the gorditas only. Oh and if you bring your toddler I would recommend bringing your stroller to sit them so they can eat. (Obviously a small stroller) They don’t have child seats. If you do bring in your stroller sit all the way in the back where no one will be asking you constantly to move so they can get through.10/10 Highly Recommend This Place!P.S you can pay with tap. So if you have a iPhone and you forget your wallet at home (like I did ?) you can pay with your phone (Tap).EDIT: they actually do have child seats.
The food was very bad, we ordered gorditas de chicharrones and it was full of hairs, it disgusted me and my family even had diarrhea. I will never return
In case they do not put meat and the little that they put, for example, the rubbery crop as it is sold and it reheats it very ugly, I will not go back
Lovely seafront promenade location. Very friendly helpful staff and very efficient. Had sangria and their famous tapas tower to share which was superb and plenty for 2 at 29,90.

One of the best gordita's in Los Angeles. Located on the main floor. Parking lot/outdoor market entrance, in front of @tamayojewelers.
