I like a big chile once in a while, but I usually blend it up with some onion and garlic. All their food tastes like I'm biting into a fresh child de árbol. The flavor is drown out by the fire.

I went today and after coming here for about a decade and a half. I was disappointed they changed there salsa recipe for there gorditas. That was the only reason I loved going to this one and not the other location. But also making the hour drive worth it. I hope it was a fluke and they change it back

Would not recommend this place at all, had the worse tacos of my live. Was overcharged for items that were not ordered. The server did not want to take accountability of her mistake. And to top it off you can see roaches crawling through the walls GROSS. Definitely will make a report with the public health department about this!! The servers were extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Definitely felt taken advantage of!!

Love their Gorditas they are well famous for these even though there other amazing dishes but their Gorditas mmmmm also their famous hibiscus 🌺 Agua Fresca

Been coming here for more the 30 years this last time they gave me hard time for carrots they said the gorditas don’t come with free carrots seem a little weird. Food is good don’t wrong but guy was a little rude.

If you eat here don’t come here trying to find a healthy option. The food here is incredibly delicious. The gorditas are so good. Everything is made with lard so the flavor is perfect. The chilaquiles are so authentic that it makes you want more. Definitely recommend this place for real authentic Mex food.
