Staff are friendly, great vibe. However, these last 2 times I ordered the same draft latte and for whatever the reason, the barista filled my cup with just pure foam....the texture is not what it supposed to be and it tastes awful that way. So I had to wait until it bubbled down, and the portion literally reduced down to half of it. Not try to be petty but come on, things aren't cheap nowadays but at least give us the amount caffeine rush we paid for. I've been ordered the same draft latte several times before and they were never like this. Whichever staff from this location saw this, please make some changes on this.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. The barista threw a plate with incredible aggression, causing it to break and shatter along with three other plates. It was a very unsettling moment, and every guest in the shop was visibly startled. His coworker had to step in to clean up the mess, which just added to the negative atmosphere. It’s hard to understand how someone with such a lack of professionalism could be working in a customer-facing role. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place based on this experience. Touché - because it’ best coffee in town.

Matt the manager is the real deal. Val is so sweet. Nick knows his duties so well he can pass for the manager. Angelo is so friendly, infact I love them all. I love the vibe they give.

Great experience I love their coffee it's the best on sunset Blvd in California. Their staff are amazing especially Valerie, Nick , Ariana and the rest.
