Friendly people and a nice place to go to if you're waiting for people.

I was hoping for better coffee but it's pretty much 2nd wave coffee. No go for me but for an older crowd maybe.

Ordered two times here and tried to correct them on this coffee cup sizing because they filled it only halfway in the cup.

Where is the rest of the coffee?
It’s not the size of the cup but the content that defines large or small, giving me a large cup with just half the coffee doesn’t make it large. I did pay for the large.

The most vile atmosphere I have witnessed in an establishment. The man taking our order could not have been more displeased with his job and should absolutely be removed from customer facing positions. Before we even began ordering, he looked my family and me up and down and laughed. When I simply asked for my cold brew over ice, he chuckled and condescendingly told me that all cold brew comes over ice. Maybe this snob should go to one of the other coffee shops in this mall where they do not in fact serve their cold brew over ice. We then asked for milk in our coffees and were met with a blank face from this wonderful man and a bottle of empty milk pushed across the table at us. At the end of it all, the coffee sucked.This is a job. One that many people would be happy to have. Fill the position with people who want to face with others and will make coffee without acting pretentious and disgustingly rude.

Stale coffee. Check the bottom of any of their boxes of coffee and you'll see that the roast date is at minimum a couple weeks old and more likely to be around 2 months old. They don't change out the brewed coffee often so not only are the beans stale, but the brew is often stale too. If you go for pourover, they use a clever dripper. While the clever dripper makes a decent cup, it's not going to give you the flavors of a real pourover because it's an entirely different brew style that's closer to the immersion style of French press than a percolation like v60. Their staff was pleasant, but uninformed about roasting and unapologetic about their poor quality. I recommend Blue Bottle if you want higher quality coffee while you're at the mall or Gelsons bakery if you want a decent cheap cup.

Great coffee.Friendly and fast service.It is a nice coffee shop to drink and relax with a couple of tables outside the shop.It is located inside Century Call next to Cha Cha Matcha and Kiehls on the first floor.Only card, no cash.I had the iced latte, but the iced draft latte is a must.

One of the best oat chai lattes I've ever had! It was my first visit to La Colombe, and I was thoroughly impressed with everything. I also decided to try their vegan guava pastry, and it was absolutely amazing! The service was fantastic, and I enjoyed it so much that I couldn't resist getting a second chai to go!
