I have experienced many French restaurant in USA since I am French and my American friends want to go there. Creme de la Crepe Beverlly Hills is the only good one so far, other are either so expensive ($7 a croissant) or not French, just French accent waiters. Food is great, owners are very nice and it is always a pleasure to 1 hour from Irvine to go there.
Wonderful cosy little restaurant with delicious French specialties such as escargots, country paté, mussels and, of course, the best crêpes in town !? Very friendly and professional hosts who take pleasure in cooking and serving high quality dishes along with an extensive wine list that will delight you ???? Even the homemade French fries are worth the detour ?
I was in Los Angeles for holiday and went to this restaurant for breakfast. I had a great experience in terms of food and service. I was seated by the bar counter and had an overview of the Chef who prepared all the food freshly from the kitchen. On some occasions, I could hear conversations in French between the staff and customers as well. They had quite an extensive range of menu and you will be spoiled for choices. I definitely look forward to dine in this restaurant again...
