We can start by saying that when we entered we found 2 cockroaches, the service was super terrible, we waited 45 minutes for 2 dishes that cost 50.78 dollars, there was a hair in my food, the rice was super cold and the meat looked like chewing gum.

The parking is horrible, but service was okay but I will not return to this establishment. We found this place through google maps after visiting the museum and decided to try it. When we got our food, the pupusas are a decent size but once we started eating it, it had a weird taste but dismissed it thinking it was the lorocco. The sauce also doesn’t taste as real Salvi pupusa sauce tastes, more like ketchup and TOO thick. The horchata is definitely not Salvadoran horchata. Anyways, i was only able to eat one pupusa due to the weird after taste I would get, and my daughter 2. When we got home about 3 hours later, everyone was sick with food poisoning. We decided to give this hole in the wall a try but definitely will not be going back.

Tiny place, clean, good pupusas but the chicken soup tasted good even though you can tell it is not "gallina" as advertised ? also the parking is bad.

Cash only didn’t say anything online. Server was rude didn’t even check up on us. Cashier didn’t ask if everything was okay with the service. Pupusas didn’t have meat and the salsa didn’t have favor it seemed old. Saw them on tiktok and it wasn’t worth the trip.

Good and abundant food, very clean place, I liked that the cooks wear face masks, that speaks highly of the restaurant.The waiter was very attentive, the bathrooms were very clean.

Terrible service, very bad food, we were very hungry and we found this place on the way, the kitchen staff has a problem with their palate, too much salt in the food, the meat was indescribable, the truth is I would not return but I wanted to leave this comment so that they can take into account and the pupusas can really make changes more or less but the rest leaves a lot to be desired✌️regards

Well I ordered through DoorDash 2 caldos de gallina and they were pure salt also the rice was salty, as you can see I don’t even know why the caldo looks like that, the vegetables were kinda squished, It was my first time ordering here and also it was a gift for my parents They ended up throwing it awayI spoke with Alex the owner to give some comments about the foodI was like can I get a refund or how can I get a credit, I spent over 55$ on the foodand he told me that he will give me a refund of 20$ onlyI was like ok, I wasn’t gonna fight for my money backI ended up contacting door dash customer service and tell them about my experience with this restaurant, and yeah they helped me ?Would I order food from this restaurant again??Definitely NO!!! I WAS JUST GIVING MY OPINION ALEX BECAUSE MY OPINION MATTER SORRY ABOUT THAT, and also if want to make a big deal because your food was over saltyGO AHEAD!
