Greet. Your. Customers. We’re humans. Make your socially stunted employees say HELLO. The blank stares and lack of speaking is super weird and I’ll never return. Tried like 5 times and every time the customer service SUCKS. They always seem annoyed and like they hate everyone lol

I never liked to leave bad reviews & have been coming to this place since they have opened. I’ve Contemplated making this review but today Struck it - the service is extremely slow and there was like five workers working in the same spot, yet they all have to work together on one drink at the same, one adds the ice, one pours the Matcha, and one pours the milk. I just think it’s ridiculous and honestly so inconsiderate of people’s time. If you’re planning on ordering here in a time crunch or coming here for a quick coffee, I don’t recommend it. Go to your local Starbucks instead. It’s way more Reliable.

It is definitely a vibe to go into a LaLa Land and see the space that’s been curated. I’d say it’s very busy and there was a lot of mobile/pick up orders. If you want a place that has fun and styled coffee this is definitely it.
If you quality coffee that doesn’t taste a bit burnt or you are a bit of a coffee snob… maybe try a different spot.
Parking is also a bit of a gamble in this area so walking to it or public transportation is the best bet.

Puts mouth on whipped cream canister and keeps miralax powder right on the counter so we know they have viruses going around.
Drinks were good but pretty pricey. Got the banana matcha iced latte and the French toast latte with salt and egg bites. The place was kinda dirty. It seems to want to be an upscale spot but they should be more aware of the tables, seats and floors.

I love this place better than Starbucks in my opinion. Located on third and kings on Los angeles. Lisa's Favorite Things

I’ve given this place multiple chances only because it’s down the street from me, but I think I’m finally done. The service is consistently unwelcoming—it feels like pulling teeth just to be acknowledged. Theres always 4-6 baristas who are avoiding eye contact with me and talking amongst themselves. Every time I leave, I ask myself why I came back.
The coffee is watered down, the drinks are overly sweet, and the matcha is practically undrinkable. The toast is soggy. Honestly, it’s one of the most overhyped coffee shops I’ve ever been to. With so many better options nearby, like Joan’s on Third or Kings Road Café, I just don’t see the appeal.
I’ve tried to like it, but it’s not getting any better. Save your money.
This place is so slow and the pastry glass case had flies in it.

First off, flies in the case and all over the bakery items. Secondly, why is the music so loud? Good luck just relaxing to a book or doing any work without headphones. There is no reason for the outside speakers to be that loud. The coffee is okay. Mainly just overhyped.
