Came here with my sister and cousins and had such a great time. The food and drinks were amazing! The guacamole and tacos were well made and full of flavor, the music wasn’t too loud where we had to shout over each other. Definitely coming back when I wanna have a good time.
They charged a minimum of $2500 for a party of 15! We only had a party of 10! It wasn’t adjusted to accommodate less people after being told beforehand they would ! Also the staff was rude!!! I’d never go back !

Mannnn this place is all hype !! It’s a mediocre place at best ! Food was literally like making yourself a basic plate at home- especially for 300 dollars for 2 people - fire girls come out for like 6 mins - and then bam they gone - which is fine but the food and drinks were sub par - nothing special and overpriced - def not worth it at allStaff as nice - venue is ok - and one drink - el coco was good

We went there on Saturday night for a birthday party and had an amazing time. The food was great, especially hummus, guacamole, and fried cauliflower. We also ordered the lobster roll, which was dried, and fries weren't lobster ones. After we complained, the waitess immediately brought the butter sauce and the lobster fries. After 10pm the place turned into the club, but music was house/techno nonstop - boring. Another thing - some sitting around the tables are puffs, and after sitting for like 40 min, your back hurts.

This was such a beautiful place all around ! The service was great our waitress made our experience even better she even took pics for us and helped us out w ordering great entrees a d drinks . Wish I can give them more stars

Extremely rude service! Table was not ready 45 mins past reservation and the host was extremely rude, stating they don’t care what time the reservation was.
The security guard rubbed me the wrong way wiping away the overall good experience of night! Right after stepping out while waiting for the valet to bring our car, two of us wanted to step back in to use the restroom before our long drive back home, when the guard didn't let me and told me I am too drunk! Each of us had one or two cocktails and was not too drunk and even if that rude guard assumed so, he should have offered help to escort us to the restroom. Because of that unprofessional behavior I don't believe I will come back again!

Very subpar experience… beautiful atmosphere, the food is ok. The reason for the 2 stars is i booked A reservation specifying it was for my bf’s birthday but they did not sing happy birthday. When i told Our server she prompted me to order a desert with the pretense that they would bring it out and sing happy birthday. Ordered the desert but no happy birthday was sung but they were going over to other tables singing happy birthday… very disappointing experience. Would not go here for birthdays.

La Mesa was a beautiful restaurant and lounge. The entertainment was great. The food portions are pretty tiny though and after ordering so much I still left hungry. I'd recommend for the drinks and atmosphere, though the drinks are pretty pricey (around $20 a drink) they're actually really good.

Food is very decent. Was not impressed. The hamachi was tasty but small. I enjoyed the guacamole the most but it’s just guacamole. The katafi chicken was disrespectful, it jus looked and tasted like dried up tenders. I enjoyed the mashed potato’s the most. Would not recommend for the food but certainly the ambiance.
