Nancy Vargas. I was the person who attended to her. She was given her order as well as she asked for strawberries next to the mini pancakes. The sprinkles were only charged 0.50 which was extra. You were present in all the changes she made. It is not a pleasure for the store and the owners who are good people and for me as a worker at the place (who could lose her job). But your opinion as a customer is respected but you have to have more consideration because you know that it changed the entire business. order in the end and the order was not as bad as you sent it in the photo. And I apologize for the misunderstanding but I was never rude to you. But thanks to the camera I can leave you some photos of what happened. Anyway, thank you for your comment. We hope you visit the store again and there are no more misunderstandings. Thank you

Worst place I ever been too and bad customer service. I asked her for strawberries on the side and she’s picking my plate with her bare fingers and charged me extra for sprinkles when it comes included in the price ! I felt super disgusted I ended up throwing it away !

Culeras . I got a nuez ice cream and it was so gooey and it tasted like old ice cream . I told the worker if I could get an exchange for another flavor because I was so disappointed in the texture and flavor . She proceeded to taste the nuez with a spoon and she said that’s how it taste and that’s how it is and she cannot exchange for another . 1 single scoop in a cup ? They have multiple flavors and they cannot be courteous or understand that not everyone will choose the right flavor ? It cost me almost 4$ for one scoop and they can’t have good customer service ? I had to pay .50 cents more because I purchased something under 15$ . Even McDonald’s exchanges and even the taco guy from the corner.The owner replied insulting me and telling me I have a bad palette ? I think it’s her who has bad taste or delusional Im pregnant and I’m very very picky with my food and I’m not swallowing something that is not good quality . Toxic women work here they gave me dirty looks when they saw me walking towards the counter with my ice cream and they looked at each other when I complained nicely and told them the ice cream is not good . They know that it wasn’t good . Slimy , gooey , extremely sweet . A milkshake is smother than that .

I want to tell you about a bad experience that my wife had... as long-time customers we like to visit the store... but unfortunately on Sunday a girl I think called DAYANA attended us... The thing is, I don't know how they have people who go to work in a bad way or don't like what they do... to start with, THEY HAVE AN UGLY WAY OF TREATING PEOPLE... SERIOUSLY RUDE IF THEY GO TO WORK BADLY. BETTER STAY AT YOUR HOME... BUT DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH THAT HORRIBLE ATTITUDE... THE GIRL HAS NO WAY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...
