La Michoacana Ice Cream Natural

Excellent service

This is my favorite La Michoacana to visit! The employees are friendly, patient, and helpful. The ice cream and mangonadas are delicious too! Walking in, you can tell that the owner really cares about the atmosphere of the place. There's a free combat gaming machine and many other machines. It feels like a small family business that is inclusive and welcoming. The aqua frecas and treats are great, too. I highly recommend this La Michoacana!

This has been my go to spot since 2016. Love the variety of flavors they have on ice creams and paletas. Angie is nice sweet lady. Highly recommend this place 👌

absolute horrible food and service. Yesterday I went in to buy 2 crepes and they were the most horrendous crepes ever. On top of the crepes they usually cut bananas and strawberries, first the bananas were green and not ripe therefore tasted horrible and the strawberries were so dry. When I went to sit all the table were horrifically dirty, and when I asked the employee to clean the table she said no. After paying $10+ for one crepe i hoped the quality would have been better. If I could asked for a refund I would. Do not recommend going here.

They have so many different flavors of ice cream and popsicles. Blows away any normal ice cream shop that you're used to.
So worth the experience!

Lots of different things to eat and drink here. I bought the esquite, a chicharron preparado, and a agua fresca I think it was fruit flavored with diced apples and I think it was chopped nuts with sliced strawberries in it too. So many varieties of paletas some I've never even knew they have so of course I will be back to try them. Wish I would have taken a picture of everything. The chicharron was really big and more than enough to feed two people sorry I ate some of it before I took a picture, it was $9 and had lots of different toppings on it compared to what I'm use to having on it. The esquite was a little spicy compared to what I'm use to but nonetheless good. The agua was really good with the pieces of fruit floating in the cup it wasn't too sweet but perfect. This location has labels on everything, thank you!

Ice cream is so delicious and the atmosphere in the store is fresh and can make me to feel chill when eating with ice cream. I definitely will come back.

Ordered a bionico and fresas con crema on DoorDash and they sent 1/4 cup of crema for 2 cups of fresas and they didn’t out crema on my bionico or out the toppings. They literally sent fruit. How does that even remotely happen?!

Horrible costumer service, people who work here are very rude and are not polite. They get impatient very quickly if you start asking questions about the food/menu.
