Ordered a bionico and fresas con crema on DoorDash and they sent 1/4 cup of crema for 2 cups of fresas and they didn’t out crema on my bionico or out the toppings. They literally sent fruit. How does that even remotely happen?!

The service at this location is ALWAYS horrible. The girls that work here always seem to have an attitude & like to argue with the customers. I experienced the attitude once but gave the girl the benefit of the doubt because I thought she must be having a bad day. Months later and the same issue happened. This is the only location I've ever had this issue at. If it's local and you're really craving their food/teats, then go here. But, if you have the time to go elsewhere, then I'd recommend it.

First time here - I was so excited after hearing good things about this franchise. But this location ... customer service was non existent, not very welcoming. The place just felt gloomy. Maybe try a different location because this one was not it.

Love the place ..the only thing and super weird. Was the service .. There was a young girl attending some people in spanish ..then I asked her in spanish about some Ice cream and she made an angry face and sais "I bed your pardon"..so I switch to english and she made the most annoting face.. SO it was super weird to be in La Michoacana, and be corrected for talking in spanish by this woman eho was speaking spanish to other clients. I MEAN la michoacana is a great well known place to get ice cream in Mexico that its why I went there and the products are awesome. It was just this mexican karen that made the experience weird. The other woman in the counter was super nice in comparisson to the young rude girl.
