I think they should pay a little more attention to what they sell and to knowing how to listen. Today I went to buy a bionic, I ordered it as they say "the 5 fruits" and it didn't have a banana, the melon and the papaya were still green, they couldn't even be Chewing the coconut water with walnuts smelled bad and had a bad taste. The only good thing was an Esquite. Everything else was very bad and the floor was all dirty.

Very bad service from Mrs. "Ana" I asked for ice cream, the wrong flavor, I told her that wasn't it, she got upset and threw the ice cream in the trash, very upset. When I politely asked her to make it for me with a little snow, it didn't matter. He will charge me the regular amount, he shouted at me! Saying: don't you see what I'm doing??? Wait! When I asked her name, she gave it to me and told me and whenever you want, my boss is here during the week... I am a regular customer of this place but with this I don't think I will return... How rude that person is and she doesn't look bad here. if not the establishment!!!

Place is always packed but we'll worth the wait, ice cream is delicious and mangoneadas are bomb, they even sell crepes and tortas so there's something for everyone..

It’s always hot inside premises. AC never works apparently is always “broken”. Specially on summer if it’s hard for costumers to be there for 10-30min I don’t even want to imagine how employees feel. Is always the same excuse … AC IS BRoKENz

Came in looking to satisfy my pickle craving with chile. But couldn't find it at this spot. Nonetheless my choice was really tasty and satisfied my craving. The location is great and they have a lot of other options. Close to home is a plus
