The Dulce de leche roll was probably the only decent item. Came from out of town looking for some good cafe de olla hot beverage and I got a watered down, almost cold, coffee-like beverage. The employee seemed confused and didn’t pay enough attention to understand what I wanted. He seemed to annoyed and bothered to help out.

Bought a Tres leches cake. The cake tasted horrible. It smelled old and when we tried the cake, none of my guest like that. They all said it tasted old and bad.

Best Bakery in Highland Park. The baked goods are so delicious and fresh. The young lady that works as a baker makes the fluffiest items that taste better than any French bakery in Los Angeles California. The customer service is great and they are lead by a excellent customer service friendly store manager. I think they also have the best prices of any of the other bakery's in town.

Lady was being rude to me asking me if I had bought something in order to use the restroom when I had just bought a piece of bread which was embarrassing for me in front of other customers.

Three times is the charm. Whether it’s morning or evening, they’re always out of bread or cafe de olla. The worse is their unapologetic attitude. I really wonder how this business continues open despite their lack of items and service.
