Staff was super rude when I wanted to use the restroom before purchasing food. I didn't want to take my food into the bathroom. Also the bathroom was in bad condition and the bread was stale.

Three times is the charm. Whether it’s morning or evening, they’re always out of bread or cafe de olla. The worse is their unapologetic attitude. I really wonder how this business continues open despite their lack of items and service.

Came in as I was exploring this neighborhood. Saw the Cafe Oaxaca on the menu and was curious to try it. WOW! blown away. It was a really incredible balance of sweet and earthy flavors. Incredible mixture of spices. I HIGHLY recommend you give this a try. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. Service was very fast and lots of tables and seating to enjoy taking in the ambience, doing a little work or reading. I'll be back for sure.

I been coming here for years for good food and service. However in the past few months, the night staff has been getting rude. When I visit every other week for coffee, the staff makes be feel like I am bothering them and don’t want to take my order or make changes to fit my health needs. Today I order café de olla and wanted to add condensed milk for the sweetness. The staff member look at me like was an idiot and told me it comes with it but it does not. Then proceeded to give me the smallest amount on the side.

I was in Highland Park and really wanted to find some conchas before heading out. I had found street parking near the bakery, so I couldn't help but stop by. Was so happy that I did! The ambiance is so cute and cozy, and really clean. Everyone working there was incredibly kind. Right when you walk in, they have the pre packaged cookies and conchas on display to make it easy to grab and go. I was so happy to find that they sell a dozen mini conchas!! These mini conchas were so delicous, and their size is absolutely perfect. The dozen came with three flavors: vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. This was a hit with my family, because we all got to eat different flavors without eating three huge conchas. We also got a mini gift package of conchas for our neighbor. They even put a bow on top! They also have a bakery shelf where you can select your own individual pastries. They also sell cakes by the slice and whole cakes. Their cakes looked amazing. There are plenty of tables inside to enjoy your pastries with coffee. I'll definitely be back to try their coffee and more goods!!

The coffee here is made with love, and it shows up in the taste . The staff is friendly and are supportive of each other, great team work happening in this little corner!

Usually I love having sweet bread and coffee but lately, I've had one misfortune after another. The manager is rude and completely incompetent. She didn't know how to use the email discount toward my purchase and asked me to come back another time lol! Also, I asked her twice to make my chocolate Oaxaca coffee with NONFAT milk. I clearly saw her using regular milk. She switched gallons but I wasn't able to see what she used. I got very sick and almost didn't make it to the bathroom. Some people don't understand how us lactate people can get extremely ill. This idiot needs a brain! Please hire better qualified people.

Sitting here now..I'm disgusted but can't afford to waste my money. Pastry and price is good but their burritos sucks. 9 dollars for some little cheap warmed up burrito that looks like the chimichangas you buy at Walmart. Quality is no Bueno. Don't order them unless your okay with paying more for less.

Rude service. Make sure to clarify your order before it's processed otherwise they'll choose it for you and they'll be defensive at the counter when you try to correct the order. The machaca breakfast burrito is also gross. What a waste. It's definitely NOT machaca. It tasted like canned corn beef hash.

I definitely recommend going here. The food is great and so are the drinks. It's a very beautiful cafe too.
