I ordered a breakfast biscuit this morning here in a hurry. The lady gave me the biscuit without eggs, only a tiny piece of bacon in it, after I’ve told her I wanted sausage:(. I wish I could get my money back. Now I have to find something else to eat.

Hello, I am a frequent consumer of this site and the truth is that there are people who ask for tips as requested. Today a white, tall girl helped me asking me for tips. For some reason I didn't see it as professional. I hope the administrators see that since It is not an obligation on my part. I will not return when that person is here.

Today I went to the monarch of Santa Monica and Wester and the service is very good but it is not good that they ask for tips, that is voluntary... a chubby, chelita, colochita, cashier who asks for tips... that is earned... but Even if you know that you do a good job, they should not ask for tips. The obligation of each employee is to treat customers well. If the customer tips, it is their will. But it doesn't seem to me that they ask you for a tip.

The people are so sweet! And helpful.
The bakery food is very light and has interesting flavor choices. It is also very different than what I’m used to with hispanic bakeries being heavier foods.

So my mom and I went there yesterday, and it was her turn in line. Mind, she had already gotten 3 pastries. So she waited in line for more than 10 minutes and nothing. Both the girl making the smoothies and the guy making the coffee, neither of them gave any regards about helping the people in line. Didn't even bother saying, " I'll be right with you." The guy messed up an order he was making and decided to remake the coffee he messed up. How do you mess up a coffee order? Anyways, poor service. None of them cared that my mom was there for more than 10 minutes. So, we left the pastries on the counter and left. Also. The pastries were so hard, like they were old and didn't bother to make any fresh ones.

I ordered and paid for a breakfast burrito from Uber Eats. The burrito was not in the bag and now the responsibility is on me to fix it.Hopefully, I will be able to request a refund as I paid $9.60 plus tax for the missing item.

Seriously good cinnamon rolls. Actually everything is great but cinnamon rolls are amazing. Not too sweet, they have pecans, the dough is little stretchy when you pull it apart but also flakey.
