No sirve la masa, lugar no recomendado. La masa para otro día sabe aceda. There dough is not good, it gets a sour taste the next day, I don't recommend you to buy from this place.

Best place to buy the dough for tamales.
Nice and clean
The bolillos were just ok and the one red pork tamales I bought was horrible. They were hard, dry and lack flavor. I would never buy these again. Thankfully I am looking for a good tamale place and only bought one to try it. I guess the search is still on.
Best masa for tamales in So*Cal! Been going here for years and always consistently excellent!

The dough of the tamales is delicious, my tamales were perfectly spongy with salt. I will surely return to try more of their variety of sweet bread and more.
Parking: Parking is in the back, you can park for 1 hour for $2 dollars.

The bread was good, the service was great. For that cool night and warm drink, the pan dulce is exactly what is needed. Come by for some bread..
