Our visit to Eataly was really disappointing. I have been to Eataly many times, in NYC, LA and Santa Clara, visiting from San Francisco whenever I can. We had a reservation for 5 and were shown to a round table in between a service door and a bus station, in front of an open door to the patio...nothing about the location was appealing or acceptable. We spoke with the seater and sent him back to the front desk several times until we finally moved from Pizza and Pasta to Capri,...
All of our food was excellent, but the pizza was delivered to the table about 20 minutes before the other two entree's. So, while one person in our party had their meal the other two had to wait.
Great place, great food, however prices have been going way up in the last couple of years My wife commented that we may have to come less often since prices have gotten out of hand
