I saw them on TikTok and when I went to LA to visit my daughter we all went to check it out !!! The drinks and the Food was awesome ?? DJ had a great selection of music ! We had a great time and we will be back ❤️❤️

Tacos were good. However service was poor and drink pricing was way too high. We were a party of 4. We had the 10 tacos special at $20, 1 agua, 1 beer, 1 michelada, and 1 paloma (wine not tequila). We practically fell out of chairs when the bill came in at $75. Not returning due to high drink pricing.

I regret not choosing to go to la salsa tacos de canasta instead, but i really wanted to try this place since i follow their page on IG and everything looks mouth watering, my husband tried cóctel de camaron and that was really good but small portion for the price point. I ordered sushi and it didn't sit right in my stomach, i think it was because it was warm not fresh and cold like sushi should be, and let me tell you that warm sushi ingredients don't taste too good neither agreed with my tummy, and we are not from the area so the drive back home was uncomfortable, yikes. Maybe we didn't ordered the right things to start of our first time visiting. Next time tacos de canasta will be!

I made reservations to celebrate my sister 60th birthday at this place because they advertised that the Catrina Female Mariachi plays on Friday’s which is a Lie!. They have a DJ his good but we wanted a Mariachi.The cocktail menu doesn’t have a price you’ll fine out till you get the bill how much are the drinks.The food is very expensive and it’s alright.There’s no need for reservations the place is empty.

?I have dined in and have ordered to go.? I recommend All the sushi rolls, and the tuna tataki. These are great for sharing with friends or just for yourself. The portions are good for the price.? The micheladas are delicious, I sometimes order with pacifico or modelo.? My friends enjoyed their palomas.? I ordered to go and the food prep was great, and it handled well. Plus I got to keep the containers and re-used them as per my Mexican style lol. ?.?I read some of the bad reviews, but I say try it for yourself. This place is truly a little hidden gem in downtown. I worked in downtown for many years and we never had a place like this, we had your typical fast food or street food. It would have been nice to have a dine in place like La Salsa.✅️A+ will definitely return.
