The restaurant is cute and the service is amazing! Irma was behind the bar that night, and she was the best! The mild salsa was so good, flavorful, and served warmed. It was a treat. I'm not in this area very often, but I will be making a point to come here again!

We had a large group and a reservation right at opening. The staff were great, very friendly but could've been a little more attentive which could've been because they had just opened for the day. Their dishes were spicier than expected but the spice was not notated on the menu. Black beans and white rice (with mint?) given with the orders. Drinks were ok, Cadillac was good but a little weak.
Back at La Serenata last night. I had the shrimp in cilantro sauce. Who knew cilantro could taste so good! My husband had his usual, chicken enchilada with mole. Good as ever. These guys are masters of Mexican cooking.
