This is the third time that I have had a problem with the food at this restaurant. Today, March 24, I ordered cheese pupusa with pork rinds and they sent me a bean pupusa without cheese. On two previous occasions they have sent me corn atol that was cut or in poor condition. I am completely upset and I don't think I will order from that place again. Check your orders carefully when you receive them.

I returned to this place to take food and it was much more dissected, a typical Salvadoran place that makes you wait as if it were the only place. Please management this place Customers come first.

I always get their pan dulce from here and it's never disappointing. It's always good and fresh one of my favorite go to's for pupusas as well.

When you happen to buy something fresh, it taste really good. But it has been now a couple of times they sold me old food..a 'relleno', and a tamaleI had to go back to the store for an exchange, because they don't give your money back, you still stuck with their foodIt's like they know they gotta sell everything instead of throwing spoiled old food away. And the bread on display is old, I've also bought it a couple of times and its stale. so if you want to risk it go give them a try!

Came here after a few co-workers told me about this little gem! The pupusas were so good! Good portion , fresh, and filled with flavor. I was happy to see some Salvadoran products I hadn't seen since I was a kid!

I'm visiting Los Angeles where my brother lives. He has mentioned this place for a few years. This is mostly pick-up. They have two small tables outside. Each pupusa is more than $4. That's high but they're the biggest pupusas I've ever seen. The place has typical Salvadoran baked goods and a few groceries. The fried plantains were delicious. They're served with cream. The pupusa was a bit toasted and too greasy. The curtido and sauce are served in tight little bags. They gave me a sample of the fruit salad drink. It tasted good. I was surprised to see they have arrayan drink. Apparently they get it frozen. I haven't seen it in other pupuserías. I had higher hopes for the pupusas at La Usuluteca. I've had more flavorful ones where the loroco flavor comes through at other restaurants.
