The meat was stale and tough, making the meal very disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

There is a Brazilian bbq place in the food court of Century City Mall.
I tend to like the Picanha and Picanha Alho ( garlic). Picanha is a special Brazilian cut of steak.
One hack is to make sure you split your place into cold food and protein. As they price it by weight. The carbs is $16 per lbs while the hot food is $22. If you mix it, it is $22.

The food was good, the food was as it should be and it was accompanied by a good explanation from the ladies who work there, but the customer service of the grill manager was terrible, a rude attitude, and not very friendly, I would probably return for the food, but I would not return for the customer service

Horrible!!
I’m Brazilian and I’m telling you to not go there!
I went to sign my receipt and the counter was so dirty with a red sauce that stain my white coat. The manager said sorry and gave me. napkin. I asked her what she was going to do about it and she said nothing because it was an accident. I said that they should be responsible for accidents like this since they don’t keep their place clean.
She was rude and gave me attitude. I told her that I need to take my coat to dry clean and hopefully won’t stain and she said for me to bring it the receipt back.
I hope she they will pay me back because this was an expensive coat.
Food is horrible and cold also. Just don’t go there!

Chosen this place to grab a bite after a day of shopping. Good concept, great cold and hot dishes selection. The grill part of it wasn't impressive - all the chicken kinds were dry, beef was very chewy. Took a few pieces just for the taste. At this point would give it 4 stars, but...
Next day me and my wife had a severe stomach aches and diarrhea - not sure if it was triggered my the meat products or a cold bar produce. Usually my wife could be sensitive to foods, I usually can handle whatever poison you throw at me. And this time that wasn't the exception, my wife got this immediately after waking up and it took her 2 consecutive ladies room travels, for me it took a coffee and breakfast to trigger a severe stomach ache and intensive bowel experience.
Stay away from this place until they solve the produce freshness problem, or whatever triggered our reaction.

Restaurantji Recommends
This place is so DELICIOUS I cannot understand the negative reviews! The meats are so tender, even chicken breast which is usually dry at other restaurants. The greens are garlicky and fresh, loved the chicken stroganoff and the chicken salad and the beef stew. I come to LA twice a year and I always eat here at least twice every time!

"La Vaca Brazilian Grill at Westfield Mall offers a decent dining experience, though it falls short in a few areas. The food is generally good, especially the grilled meats which are tender and well-seasoned. However, the variety is somewhat limited compared to other Brazilian grills, and the sides could use more attention to freshness and presentation. The service is friendly but can be slow during peak hours, which affects the overall experience. It's a good spot for a quick meal if you're in the mall, but it lacks the wow factor you'd expect from a Brazilian grill."

Yummy food and a delightful surprise for a good court!
Pay per pound. The big watch-out is that the weight adds up fast. My pictured dish was 1.25lbs, which is about $35. That's a lot for a lunch on a paper plate with plastic forks ?
That said, I'd totally go again. Meat quality is great and salad is pretty good.
