Lam Way Bakery is a hidden gem that offers a delightful experience. Their Pandan Cake, made with Tapioca starch, coconut milk, and eggs, is a standout item. The bakery is known for its soft, chewy, and airy pandan honeycomb cakes. This small storefront is strictly takeout and feels very homey. Lam Way is where Banh Bo nuong is baked and distributed to local grocery stores and sandwich shops. If you are in the area and early enough, you can buy some piping fresh out of the oven ones. This is their main item, but they also carry taco xoi. Cost is $10 for a circular 9-10in cake size Bo Nuong. The lady working here was incredibly sweet and spoke Mandarin, English, and Vietnamese. Service was quick and friendly, and they accept cash only. Parking is on the streets in the neighborhood and there are a few spots in the lot.
