Sunday early afternoon, walked in and ordered a bowl of menudo. Would not order that again. The broth was very watered down. It lacks flavor, the tripe needed to be boiled longer it was too chewy. The hominy could have been boiled longer too. It wasn't as soft as I would have hoped for. Although they do give a generous portion of onion and cilantro, it doesn't matter because the menudo itself needs work. The ice tea, was old and I didn't finish it. I want...
