He explained to me in detailed on how the process will go and how long it'll take for the tattoo/with how many sessions. Pricing was told upfront and got a great deal with the package of removing three of my tattoos at once. I really don't write reviews but I feel like this needs to be addressed. Everyone was super nice and helpful and my first coolsculpting session went really well. The girl who did it was very warm and friendly and I felt really comfortable even though it was my first time. She was extremely patient and let me adjust where I wanted the application. They made me feel very comfortable. Not only were they very professional, but they also made me laugh while I was going through the more painful parts of the procedure. They let me take breaks if needed, and I will definitely be going back for more things!
