Small store but a huge variety of products! From the moment you enter the store to the back end there are infinite organic products. Decent prices considering it's all organic. Great quality for their produce and a significant variety of options for vitamins. Service is A1 - the young man, Willy, greeted me as soon as I walked in even though he was helping another customer. I didn't see many other employees in the store, or at least not as friendly as him, to remember their names. By the time I checked out he was pleasantly attentive if whether I found everything I was looking for. I appreciate the small talk, which is how you should connect with your customers. I'm grateful that he asked about parking validation which is very helpful to my pocket. Great store and great service!

I visited this supermarket today, and I will not be returning. The lady in the photo was incredibly rude. I simply asked where the sparkling water was, and her response was unnecessarily impolite and disrespectful.

What is even more disappointing is that I noticed other customers have complained about her in previous reviews, yet it appears that management has done nothing to address the issue. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and it’s no surprise the store was nearly empty. This place has become a joke.

I can’t relate to what others are saying about poor customer service; everyone I’ve interacted with at this branch has been lovely.

The staff are rude and unfriendly. Also, be sure to check product expiration dates—there are very often expired items on the shelves. I personally handed all the lavash bread back to an employee, as everything on the shelf was covered in green mold.

Many products are good and organic. Unfortunately can’t say a lot of positive things about their customer service. Only one employee acts professional and treats customers nicely, the rest - oh, boy! They don’t even do basic customer service! Always grumpy, never greeting, don’t ask if you need parking validation. The look on their faces literally says: go away! One of the worst in terms of customer service amongst higher price stores in LA, if not the worst. Management supposedly couldn’t care less as it keeps going like this over and over again.

One of my favorite neighborhood grocers. It reminds me of Natural Grocers which is a huge grocery retailer in Colorado. They always have the supplements I'm looking for, and I've been able to try a lot of new foods due to their unique range of specialty items. They offer parking, which is nice since this area of Wilshire can sometimes be tough to find parking for otherwise. I always have sweet interactions with the cashiers at check out as well.

Why are yall closed on Sundays???? As a grocer???? So weird

Terrible customer service experience!!!

Brought my friend in to look around. It was her first time there. And of course the things that I was looking for that were on sale were in stock as usual. It's always a pleasant visit at Lassen's

I come here often. Max and the other cashiers are always so nice and helpful. And what they say about the lady cashier with the red hair is correct (emalease). Arguing with your coworkers in front of customers is crazy and then getting loud while he’s doing transactions is insanity. Then going to get a manager and now the manager is clearly biased and isn’t giving Max a chance to explain himself is even crazier. The time she spent trying to bait him into an argument she could have fixed the cooler herself. It seems that this place is understaffed, they need help and DESPERATELY need new managment. Unfortunate because I love the products and they have great prices.

Great healthy selection and kind staff

This store is great. They have a very good selection of organic food and they are much more reasonable than Whole Foods.

This place always has the supplements I need.

Was pleasantly surprised by the plentiful options! Lots to love at Lassen’s!
