I had Jjolmyeon and cheese pork cutlet and it was delicious! It was good because there were a lot of vegetables in the jjolmyeon, and someone reviewed the pork cutlet saying that the sauce was disappointing, but personally, it was okay, but the only disappointing thing is that the fried pork cutlet is not crispy and oily. It was nice that the cheese was grilled with a torch, but the taste of the cheese itself was so-so... If you go with two people, order pork cutlet and jjolmyeon...
I went two days in a row. After visiting with my husband, the taste, quantity, and cleanliness were perfect, so we went again the next day with the kids. It's cleaner and tastier than Korean tonkatsu restaurants. I was sad that Korean restaurants in the US were outdated, but I'm glad that such a clean and high-quality restaurant has opened. I think that customers should order one per person to maintain this level of quality. I wish the owner don't lose the original...
