The place looks great, the food was very good, but the service was spectacular. The service here was above and beyond, and it’s very refreshing to go to a place in which all of the staff are friendly, respectful, and attentive. Highly recommend

We are so thankful for our server Nicholas whom, showed us yummy dinner apps. Such a sweet sole! Also, manager Brandon, shout out to him as he demonstrated strong leaderships throughout our services by serving and helping his fellow colleagues! Great service at this LA location!!

First time visiting over the weekend and everything was amazing. Nick was our server and definitely an asset. He was knowledgeable about the menu and took time to find out preferences and made recommendations that really worked. He was attentive and made sure we didn’t have to ask for anything. With his positive attitude and work ethic, I can see him going far with the company. If there is any type of advanced training program, it would benefit you to make him part of it. I can see him as a certified trainer, teaching others the hospitality skills he has and this will likely lead to even better quality metrics for your organization.
I see a long promising career for him and he is one you don’t want to let get away. Bravo to Nick and his manager “P”, great job.

We’re managers from Tom’s across the way and we came in to LazyDog for a quick bite to eat during our break
We had Nicholas as our server and he was absolutely phenomenal, we had him as our server before and his service always brings us back! The manager Joe also came by and we were throughly impressed with him and he sealed the deal for us to continue showing love to lazy dog! Thank Nick and Joe!

I had Payton as a server at my table and he went above and beyond my expectation for a server to go. One of the best I've ever had and I don't use that lightly. The food was good, I had the katsu sando with sweet potato tater tots.

Ordered a Cobb salad no bacon. My order was forgotten. Arrived 10 mins after everyone else's. Extremely wet with absolutely no dressing. Couldn't wave staff down. Poor experience this go around. The other people I went with had a better meal than I did.

I stepped into this restaurant as a solo diner and was IMMEDIATELY welcomed warmly by Nicholas and the manager P.
Not only were they friendly and considerate, but the service was excellent and the food was delicious! Nicholas is hilarious and I can tell by his demeanor that he loves people and his job. I can also see that the manager P truly cares about his staff, and about elevating the quality of everyone’s dining experience!
Those two didn’t make me feel like a customer, they made me feel like a friend! I’ll be back and I’m so happy I went! What an incredible experience!
