The team at Le Balcón made us a beautiful cake for our wedding this past summer. They even delivered it to the venue and everything went super smoothly. Cake was very delicious and different from anything else we had tried.

Went in for some sweet stuffs and I did not get disappointed!
The lady is super nice and the shop looked so clean,
The way they displayed the beautiful deserts they have is so organized.
Can’t wait to try more on my next cheat day!

I started coming here for European style bread after another place I frequented got closed down. They make an excellent German bread, which I drive all the way from Pasadena to get.

Unfortunately never got to actually taste the food.
I have placed an order for a cake for an upcoming birthday. I couldn’t come in person to put an order so the only option that was shown online is to order through grabhub. Once the order been placed, I had to pick it up at 6:15pm. On the right day I am coming in, just to see that the store is closed (on maps it shows they are open till 7pm) in reality he door is locked nobody is there - the time is 6:15pm.

On the other day I come in, to get back the order a have placed and payed for already. The service is horrible, the attitude I received really did make me wanna leave asap. I show them the order, and an immediate reply “we don’t work with grabhub for a year now”. No resolution offered, not a refund, not an offer to make a new reservation directly through them, nothing. On my question, if they don’t work with that company anymore why it’s still an option to place orders through them? They haven’t replied anything and just angrily reaped “we don’t work with them anymore”.

If you’re looking for a place that’s fun, efficient, and delivers quality without breaking the bank, this café is it. I ordered a customized chocolate raspberry cake, and they had it ready in just eight minutes—and it wasn’t just any cake. It was full of personality, decorated with hearts and flowers, and exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was seamless, and the price was more than fair for the quality. Definitely a go-to spot if you want something special, fast, and made with care.

They add margarine on cakes why it’s 4.4 half of the clients will die sooner, why is everyone silent?

Extremely disappointing. Pastries and food were low quality, lacking freshness and flavor. The atmosphere was nothing special, and honestly, it felt like a complete waste of time. Definitely not worth a visit — there are far better bakeries around

The photos below are what I asked for vs what I got. I had to go back in because they spelled his name wrong. I’m a little frustrated as well because I specifically asked for it to look like the sample photo I sent them, but instead I got the planets made out of paper. It looks like they attempted to do the planets, but gave up or realized they couldn’t do it so put the paper ones on instead. The base of the cake looks great but the writing and decorating itself very disappointing.

Pavlova cake was excellent.
