I'm very pleased with service and product quality of this bakery! Recently, I ordered a large Napoleon cake for a birthday celebration. And, it was absolutely delicious, simply perfect! Great job, guys! And, customer service is superb as well. They called me just as promised, and kept informing me of the updates. Truly, a 5-star service!

I ordered a kosher for Passover cake for my moms birthday. Chocolate outside with rasberrh filling. Was delicious. Their delivery driver dropped the cake off at my house successfully. He was very nice. The cake was incredible! Everybody loved it and my mom was so surprised and happy. Thank you Le Balcon Bakery for helping to make such a special Passover birthday .

This place used to be amazing ! The vibes used to be awesome when they were located on Sunset and La Brea by Mashti Malones ice cream ! The cakes are now dry and lacking flavor . A true disappointment customer service is the worst some short bald guy stands by the register literally asking what do you want lol ! Bye this place used to be great just a memory now :( I truly believe their magic hour has expired ! A complete turn around for the worst !

Went in today to buy a cake for my daughter's birthday. I say I need sour cream cake, with cakes. Bought a joyful came home. They cut it, inside they didn’t say what it was, dried apricots, nuts, no cake, just an incomprehensible mass, topped with chocolate to hide the inner filling. The cake is terrible. I'm going to take it back tomorrow. Thank you holiday was ruined.

Came in last minute (day of, literally hours before the party) and they were super helpful and quick! Got one of the premade cranberry meringue cakes and had them decorate it, and they were super accommodating and very delicious! Made my friends 25th birthday perfect!

I've been a loyal customer for many years. The bakery used to produce appealing looking cakes with authentic tastes. This has changed. The management is raising prices while cutting down on size and appeal of the cakes. Since people buy cakes mostly for celebrations, size and appeal are essential. We've been buying Cranberry cake multiple times a year for more than a decade. It is loved in our family and became a traditional cake for all kinds of celebrations. The price for the cake almost doubled in the last few years. The price increase started well before the inflation and continues to go up. While price goes up, the cake gets smaller and smaller. The last cake we bought was freely swooshing around the box. You could see that it was about 1.5 inch shorter than it used to be both length and width wise. They need to get a much smaller box for such a small cake. The festive decorations that used to be generously placed on top of the cake are now barely covering half the cake at most. The cake looked sad and no longer looked celebratory at all. It seems that management is cutting costs and does not care about the product anymore. Apparently they believe that people will buy a box of cake regardless of what is placed in it. Not us. We are voting with our wallet. Since the product became overpriced and unappealing, we will no longer be buying their cakes.
