I had the worst experience at this place i was out there with my elderly parents celebrating father's day early since i wouldn’t be able yo see my dad on fathers day so were there on Saturday 6/15/24 my parents wanted ice cream and i walked into this place to purchase a scoop of vanilla for my dad and a chocolate bar for my mom and this lady that was there working didn't get her name she only gave me the chocolate bar after waiting 10 full minutes i then wait some more and walk back in to ask whats the hold up with the scoop of vanilla ice cream and she said oh you didn't ask for that you changed it for a chocolate bar and i said no i never used word change at all i said let me have the scoop of vanilla ice cream and a chocolate bar so she yelled at me infront of several other customers instead of acknowledging her mistake and accepting she was wrong she was very argumentative and i told her please just charge me for the scoop of vanilla ice cream. I come to Century City mall very often with my elderly parents but i will not ever buy from this place again this lady had the worst customer service she was very rude and not welcoming or friendly at all…… THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS ISN’T APPRECIATED AT ALL!!!!!!!! Very bad customer service!!!!

I got a caramel chocolate dipped waffle with hazelnut brittle and cappuccino chocolate drizzle and a side of vanilla ice cream. Divine! The ice cream is lactose free, which I really appreciated. Order came out fast and the service was super friendly.

The portion is the perfect size--enough to satisfy a sweet craving but not too big to leave you feeling gross from the sugar.

I didn't love the wooden utensil, but that's a very small complaint.

Leaf Waffles serves up a reminder that sometimes, less is more, but perhaps not in the way you'd hope. Picture this: an $8 waffle that whispers 'chocolate' rather than shouting it, wearing a sparse sprinkle of toppings like it's trying to save for retirement. The highlight, ironically, was the waffle itself, which tasted surprisingly good, proving that sometimes the base player does indeed deserve a solo. However, the ambiance was flavoured with a hint of melancholy, courtesy of a staff member who seemed to carry the weight of the world, or at least the waffle iron, on her shoulders. Her lack of enthusiasm was as noticeable as the chocolate on my waffle - present but far from satisfying. It felt like we had walked into a story where the ending was all too predictable, and nobody was rooting for a sequel. While the waffle had its moment in the spotlight, the overall experience was a miss for us. A culinary adventure that was more about the journey than the destination, and this time, I'm not sure the journey was worth the fare. Definitely a place where you leave pondering the price of simplicity, and in this case, it seemed just a tad too steep. Let's call it a 5/10 – it might fill you up, but it won't win your heart.

The waffles are delicious. The chocolate dip is very warm when you receive it but cools down real quick. I would have preferred a spherical ice cream instead of the strip of ice cream on the side so that it's easier for me to scoop but ice cream is ice cream.

First off lady was playing a game in her phone and didn't even know I was waiting until I said excuse me. I asked what she would recommend and she said "I don't know, whatever you like" I ordered a waffle with dark chocolate with half almonds and half coconut topping. The waffle was barely cooked and tasted like rancid oil. The chocolate tasted burnt and only covered one side of waffle. The coconut had mold (which I did not notice until I had already taken a bite). Horrible service and bad quality. So many better waffle and treat places in Century City. Avoid this one.

Very good waffles! The only reason for the lower review is the girls attitude serving us… not welcoming & very rude/cold towards us. Had a smart attitude because SHE couldn’t understand us.
