Great views and yummy food. Menu is quite eclectic with an Asian and Middle Eastern twist. Our waitress Jambeth was nice and politely asked us when we sat down if we had a show at the Pantages. That was very thoughtful and much appreciated. As it was we were there for my birthday and so we were not in a rush and could enjoy the skyline and cuisine. Ordered the shrimp cocktail, chicken liver and charred carrot starter. Had Cacio & Pepe, Charmoula and Duck Confit as our main. Was given a complementary dessert as it was my birthday with a candle which was a lovely gesture. Would definitely go back for drinks on summer evening and enjoy the sunset.

The only thing better than the lemon pasta was our server Michael Beck. What an amazing experience. Food came out just on time, cooked to perfection. GET THE SHORT RIB. Again, Michael you were spectacular.

Came here for dinner with two colleagues out of state. We had a reservation at 5:30.. throughout the whole time we felt very rushed. We ordered drinks and appetizers to start with. After having a first bite of appetizers, waitress approached us asking if we are done with them or still working on them (mind you we have almost full plates of 3 appetizers still on the table that we just started eating). After the second bite, the waitress came by asking if she can put in our order of entrees. We felt rushed and uncomfortable and of course said yes. Entrees came in super quick and we started working on them. In the middle of it, we were asked if we were done...and when I said I am still eating, I felt that waitress wasn't happy. I took another bite and stopped eating as I felt they needed us to be done. We wanted to get another drink and had to ask to order them as we were not offered. They cleared the table, brought second round of drinks and a check. We didn't touch the check as we just got our drinks!! So sure enough waitress comes by with a credit card machine to ask us to pay. I paid. She then said we can relocate to finish our drinks to a patio or lounge area as she needs this table by 7:30. It was 7:15....so I said ok we have another 15 minutes then and that pissed her off but she walked away. We went to the patio and lounges were wet. So we left. Ambiance and food were good, but the service and being kicked out was not. If you have a night out or want to go someone to spend time with friends, stay away!!! You are rushed and kicked out. Oh and why even have a reservation??? I would never go back.

NYE 2023 prefixed menu. The restaurant is located on the rooftop of the Aster hotel. There's a bar and dining area on the rooftop. We got the four course prefix meal with the main course being the Lobster, Truffle Pasta. Needed a little more salt, but other than that, was good. The place was packed, so it took a while to get the waitstaff's attention. Since this was NYE, they also had a disco ball party downstairs that was open to Aster Club members and restaurant patrons. The prefixed menu was $125, which tbh, is a solid price for a prefixed meal in Hollywood on NYE.

The food was not so great but, the view was spectacular if you walked around the rooftop outside the restaurant. The "signature" meatballs were really salty. The chocolate cake was so dry that any baker that did not catch that problem needs to go back to remedial baking school. The tiger prawns were very good. The rosemary lemonade cocktail was really sweet, so don't get it unless you have a "sugar-tooth."Very beautiful dining room. Very attentive wait staff.

I went to Lemon Grove with the family before a show at the Pantages and loved the lemon-tree lined rooftop atmosphere and service. The menu has a number of lemon-inspired options like the Lemon Grove Caesar salad or the Lemon Pasta (a cool curry-flavored dish surrounded by foam) and my son really liked the short-rib rigatoni. The service was great and just a short walk to the Pantages Theater and Capitol records building.

I am updating as the manager asked for specifics, which I provided. He was very respectful and understanding and did reimburse us. Unfortunately these things can happen in food service, at least they took care of it. The experience is what it is, but they didn't mess around or make excuses. I am willing to try the restaurant again sometime, but will probably stick with fresh items like salad.

Although I'd still want to give this all a 3.5 from our experience I wanted to update this review. The manager Mark and I spoke on the phone and he was genuinely apologetic and concerned. He listened and wanted to make things right, so he did make things right and came up with a solution, and I thanked him for that. Not a lot of establishments do that here in LA, so it says a lot about his integrity. He also invited us back for drinks and may take him up on the offer when it's much warmer/hotter out as they do have a great space. Thank you very much!! Hoping for a much better experience next time.

Bf brought me here for dinner, and I loved it! The cacio e pepe I got was AMAZING. The service was exceptional, the drinks were yummy, and the ambience was very cute! Love that it's on a rooftop as well. A great date night, highly recommend.

The atmosphere was A1. Very sexy vibe on the rooftop with plenty of seating. Our bartender Jake was excellent and quite attentive. Seth was our server and struck the right balance of bring available and not hovering. All of our dishes were great. The bougie chips and dip was so good we ordered another for the table. The octopus plus the bread and butter made several of us do a happy dance at the table. Other items we got included the short rib rigatoni, miso salmon, and chermoula. We can't wait to come back to try more items.Parking: Parking is $30 if you dine and attend a show at the Pantages.

I love this new spot! The views are fantastic, the ambiance is amazing, it's beautiful, the food was flavorful, the drinks were tasty, and service was great. I loved a lot of the dishes we got, but my faves were the Hollywood Bowl Salad, the mushrooms, and the scallops. I didn't have any of the bread but that smelled amazing also! The steak frites and chermoula with chicken were a little disappointing, mostly because I was expecting more of a filet for the steak than a NY steak, and the chermoula chicken was just not a good match for it. But everything overall was great! Dessert was also amazing. I love how the bar is separate from the restaurant. It's really a beautiful place and I'd recommend it for any event. Lots of yummy veggie options!

My sister and I were looking for somewhere to eat before attending a show at the Pantages theater.Made a reservation for noon on a Saturday. We seated right away, and the place was pretty empty so the service was great! Our waiter was very helpful. He gave me and my sister recommendations on what to eat and drink since we've never been there before. I loved my plate, everything was tasty. However, the drink that we ordered, which was supposedly "not that spicy", came out way too spicy. When we told our waiter that, he went to check at the bar and said that the bartender had added a little bit too much of the spicy seasoning and will make us a new one. Those were much better! The ambience is awesome and the views are beautiful. We had a drink at the bar before we left and the bartender was super cool. Overall great experience. I would come back again :)

GReat place to go especially if you are seeing a show at the Pantages Theater. Beautiful roof top restaurant with some great food, upscale food. Seemingly chef forward food, very creative and carefully prepared. Not mass produced chain food at all. Amazing!!
