The green chilaquiles and biscuits with jam are delicious!
I also ordered the house lemonade but it was a bit too sweet so I had to water it down.
Our server was present for the first 30 minutes to order our drinks & food but she didn’t come back after.
We had to walk up to the register to ask for more coffee & a different employee ended helping us out.

I found this spot on google by typing “brunch near me”. I liked the look and food and decided to share with a friend for the final decision.. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! From the time we walked in, to the time I left, I was pleased. Our server “T” or “Tee” was amazing, she was knowledgeable about the selections as well as coffee choice items. I ordered the lentil soup which was FANTASTIC!!! THE BEST LENTIL SOUP IVE EVER HAD! Cheers and compliments to Chef Gabriel who came out and greeted us as well! Thank you for making today such an enjoyable experience.. 10 out of 10 for MEEEE

I went there for brunch. In case you are looking for a meal, I would ask the server if the dish includes sides. Maybe I didn’t read through but my dish had no sides initially. Food is good, and their pastries are delicious too!

Lemon Poppy Kitchen is a rare gem. Mason greeted me at lunchtime today and offered great selections off their menu. Later, I met T, the new Restaurant Manager, then Steve, another server. T and Mason treated me, a first-time customer, as if I owned the place. I felt so comfortable in their dining room. The strawberry salad I had was excellent, and the lemon poppy individual cake loaf was fresh, lemony and not too sweet. I found a new restaurant today, and I am thrilled. Thank you, Mason, T and Steve, for your warmth and for great food. I will be back. :-)

I went there for the first time, and it’s such a cute place with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. They’re dog-friendly (there were so many adorable dogs there!), so if you like to bring your furry friend along for Sunday brunch, this is the spot. It’s also kid-friendly. The waitress was nice, and I ordered a breakfast burrito — it was very tasty.

Dishes here are a level more exciting than your typical brunch fare, and the staff will leave you with a smile on your face.

A charming little café tucked into a quiet corner of Glassell Park. I had the Romanian sausage plate with polenta and poached eggs—something I’d never tried before, and it blew me away. Their pastries are flaky and fresh. Lots of sunlight and neighborhood charm. A nice break from the usual breakfast joints.

I love this little place! The food is great and the service is very friendly and comfortable. After brunch, I sat and read my book under the tree canopy. So relaxing.
