There were multiple hairs in both me and my husbands mac n cheese sides. Workers were unhappy to take our order. Extreamly overpriced, $17 for one tiny sandwich with no meat. Lemonade was yummy tho and mac was until I found the hairs.

Went to the LAX location on 2/26/25. Server was SUPER rude when I said I had a food allergy. When I asked if rolls had eggs in them (which I do all the time and have never had a problem with servers) she Said ‘rolls aren’t even made here so we don’t know if they have egg in them’ with an attitude. Umm ok….Usually servers read the packaging but she obviously couldn’t be bothered. Mind you, she was very, VERY nice to the man in front of me. I asked for just plain turkey on a plate and she gave me even more of an attitude and rolled her eyes and said ‘no’. I politely said ‘that’s ok, don’t worry about it’ and left. Lemonade, teach your employees about allergens and at the very least teach them proper customer service etiquette. It’s not my fault I have an allergy and have to carry an epipen. She made me feel embarrassed to have a condition that I have no control over and berated me in front of a lot of people that were waiting in line and could hear the whole interaction. Hire better people.

Hatch green chili chicken was extremely delicious. Mac and cheese the best i had ever had even better than Panera. Workers were so nice and lemonade was amazing and rose higher than my expectations

Honestly. It was mid. The food didn't look as appealing for me to order anything there. And the drinks didn't live up to the hype. Tasted watered down.

The poke bowl was amazing. The price of a chicken sandwich was laughable for what it was. The service was slow. Overall it exceeded my expectations considering the reviews I read.

Located in terminal 5. My side caprese salad was fresh and hit the spot. This place is airport expensive but it's nice they offer so many hot and cold sides, healthy and not so healthy. I'm just glad I could find something small and something less than $10 prepared! Plenty of seating, service was friendly and fast.

Why is all LAX food straight doodoo? I ordered the breakfast ‘skillet’ and I opened my box took a half bite and Kobe’d it straight into the rubbish. Even the orange juice was off. $20 I will never get back. Good luck LAX commuters may we one day find one quality meal.

Pricing is misleading and was not clear for making a bowl. Staff was not helpful to explain and was sarcastic in their replies. Poor quality of food for overpriced items.

I ordered a warm turkey sandwich and a side of macaroni cheese and creamed-chicken sort of dish. While airport food is so often disappointing, surprisingly I thought the food here tasted fresh and delicious. The sandwich was densely filled and both side dishes were rich and satisfying. However, it was very expensive, which is typical for an airport. My bill came to 35 dollars.

Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options were available.

Kid-friendliness: This would be a good place for children to eat at.

Overpriced: Bottled water is $8.5 and it's the only option. A tomato mazzarrella sandwich is $18.5. I understand this is an airport restaurant. So never mind.

Impatient staff: I also understand cuz they serve a lot of people.

But seriously...the cheese and tomato is not even defrosted...

I can tolerate a lot of things because I'm tired and hungry and that I understand things are not perfect. I rarely leave a bad review but eating expensive FORZEN food after a long flight really is the last straw.

I understand that food will be expensive at the airport but it’s not even good. Rice has hard dry bits. In my opinion mandarins don’t compliment the dish. Overall the bowl looks very sad. No vibrant colors other than seaweed. Need more ingredients that blend well. Worst poke bowl I’ve eaten. Extremely low effort and a rip off. Filled me up with disappointment and not food.

The food was average, fresh food was great though, but the main takeaway from this is the absurd prices they are selling food for. Whilst this is pretty normal in all airport restaurants or stores, this one made me cry a little, but the body hungers. I would have at least expected more for a tiny sandwich if they were going to charge that much. Judge for yourself!
