Shoutout to the Rittenhouse location. We are at Chop with our 4 year old son who just had surgery. I figured after the day we had let’s have some cookies. I placed an order from Levain on door dash. My wife after the long day she had put in the wrong address on the door dash order and the driver called screaming at me and wouldn’t come 1.3 miles to bring them even after explaining the circumstances. Door dash refunded my whole order without me even asking and I called Levain and they went above and beyond. They gave us cookies on the house and even threw in an extra chocolate chip and delivered them to CHOP. Not only are the cookies fabulous the hospitality is second to none. I am a lifelong customer to this location and want to thank everyone at the Rittenhouse location especially Mat who went above and beyond. Thanks again!

Amazing cookies! Tried last spring when we were in NYC. My family talks about them all the time so I just surprised them and had some shipped to us. 20 seconds in the microwave and it’s like they’re fresh from the oven.

Ordered 2 items. I repeat 2 items
Spent 25usd for Uber to pick up as I was staying near the airport and they don't deliver
1 item was missing
Called levain and they informed me the other item will be ready but I will need to pay Uber another 25usd to collect
What nonsense
Maybe your product is good but your customer experience sucks

so, I've never heard of this place before. My wife just received a gift package from her employer containing 4 cookies that were shipped here to Arizona. I wanted to say that first off, these cookies are huge! Secondly, the oatmeal raisin must be the best cookie I've ever eaten so far. Can't wait to try the rest!

I used to love Levain when I lived right down the street from the original in NYC. I was happy to discover there was a shop in LA. I visit often, but have been really disappointed by a few things lately. The cookies are more and more often too BURNT on top. These cookies are notorious for being lightly crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. But so often the ones in Larchmont are overcooked, and it's hugely disappointing. The shop often smells very strongly of urine. I think maybe dogs are peeing on the walls in there? Nobody notices or does anything when it gets really busy. It smells horrible and takes away from the experience. Also, last time I was there, it wasn't busy at all. I was the only customer who walked in. There were four workers there. Two of them were just standing there chatting. I politely waited at the counter and they both just STARED at me. I stared back awkwardly. I waited. Nothing. I finally asked "Are you guys open?". They said yes. I waited again and they continued to stare at me then back at each other, then back at me. I finally said "...Is somebody going to take my order?". Then one of them slowly approached their register. I am dumbfounded. I could not explain wtf was actually happening. All I can think is maybe they were high??

Great cookies. Very weird/bad customer service. Couldn’t get the dude working to help me pay and then he helped all the people after me instead.

Cookies are too dry and more like cake. The cake slices were flavorless and dry.

These are good. But there’s too many chocolate flavors. They need to have more flavors without chocolate

The chocolate chip walnut cookie is one of the the BEST cookies I’ve ever had. We tried 4 different cookies and a brioche bun. I froze one of my cookies and it tasted as fresh as the day we bought them.

Delicious cookies and banana bread – generous slices too, and the whole shop smells fantastic!

Not as good as the ny levain cookies I remember. We were so sad because we drove all the way for the cookie we used to love in NYC. They are not only smaller (used to be bigger in ny shrinkflatiom) but also not as tasty. better cookie and price at Bristol farms.
