This rating is solely for the service. Ambiance was beautiful. It was mmmThe food was just ok. I thought it could use more flavor/seasoning, but it was hot & fresh. But the service was awful. The two servers had absolutely no interest in waiting on our table, and there were only four tables occupied in the whole restaurant. Absolutely no excuse. As someone who waited tables in college, I’m big on service and always tip 25%. It took forever for her to come over to see if we wanted appetizers, forever to check on us & take our order. We literally watched her at the bar talking to the chef and playing in her phone. What got me was I told her as soon as she brought out the waters that we would need more quickly bc the glasses were small. It took her 15 minutes to come back with more and we had to hunt her down for it. Then it happened again. My glass sat empty for 20 minutes. The 2nd server finally asked if we wanted the whole carafe bc she heard me joking w/my friend that they should just leave it. I’m sorry, but at $32 for lunch where the food is mediocre at best, in a non-busy restaurant, my water glass should be full at all times. I would not recommend this place if you care about good service. There’s better Mediterranean food with excellent service in LA.

The food was horrible, the bread was so old, the service was so bad, it took one hour to have some food on the table, didn't expect to have this experience, don't waste your money and time, not recommended

On 09/27/25, I went for breakfast with my family. I've been there many times before and have received excellent service and have been very satisfied. But this time, the waiter was different. He said they didn't have breakfast. Despite this, we ordered a few items and waited for it to arrive. But the food never arrived, everything arrived one by one. Some dishes didn't arrive, and our tea didn't arrive. Despite our repeated requests, he still didn't bring it, and he tried to charge us for extra items by charging us extra. The waiter was very disrespectful. It's unacceptable to have such a waiter in a place where Turkish waiters have always been present. Thank you, we won't be coming again.

Levant Mediterranean Restaurant hands down one of the best spots I’ve ever been to in LA. The food was unreal, the service was beyond amazing, and I’m not exaggerating when I say this place left me speechless. They literally offered food for free just to make sure we had the best experience. That kind of hospitality is rare. I’ve been to Turkey multiple times, and this place gave me that same authentic, fresh, flavorful vibe maybe even better.
You can taste the love in every single dish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so kindly, seated quickly, and taken care of the entire time. The meats were juicy and perfectly seasoned, the rice was soft and full of flavor, and the sides? Absolutely insane. The hummus was probably the smoothest I’ve ever had. Every plate came out looking like a piece of art — but it wasn’t just for show. It tasted even better than it looked.
And let’s talk customer service they genuinely care. Not just fake smiles and basic stuff. They made sure we were full, happy, and even brought us extra dishes just to try. Who does that? That’s love. That’s passion. That’s the kind of energy that makes a place unforgettable.
The vibe inside is cozy but still elevated. Clean, calm, and really aesthetic without trying too hard. Whether you’re pulling up with family or on a cute dinner date, this spot hits every time.
More people need to know about Levant. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. If you’re in LA and haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out big time. Go. Like now.

I got the beef lulah for lunch, and it was just what I needed! Super delicious and balanced plate. The location is unassuming off of busy Western Ave, but the ambiance inside was calm and inviting!

Their foods are the best, and our server Natasha was the sweetest! I recommend the kebab platter, tea and lahmachun, you will not regret coming here!
