Beware you are only purchasing access to the club nothing is free

Honestly this feels like a bait and switch operation. When you purchase the ticket it says youre allowed into VIP however theres only another line that leads you to a mediocre buffet for an extra $160 for two people. Beware of purchasing any tickets that say lexus club because it’s very deceptive and feels like fraud. The Lakers and Kings organization should be embarrassed to be associated with this sham.

This place is awful. $40 per person for passes to the Lexus Club (in addition to cost of game tickets) plus $79 per person for a mediocre buffet which does not include drinks. The dessert table was a couple bowls of peanut M&M’s and gummy worms. Poor service, bad atmosphere. The ala cart menu is not available online because if you saw the prices in advance, no one would go there. Lexus, the LA Kings, LA Lakers, AXS and Crypto.com should be ashamed to be associated with this place.

Food was great.. had lots of fun....got the Buffet and lots of drinks....BUT..DJ not so good ..too busy on his phone to do requests.....made it not so cool...it wasn't crowded so we didn't understand what his problem was...Ill go to another club next time.

“ attended a luncheon at the Lexus Club on Wednesday, October 23rd, and had an outstanding experience! The food was delicious from start to finish. The salad appetizer was fresh and well-prepared, setting a great tone for the meal. The main course offered good menu options that catered to various tastes. The welcoming drink—a glass of champagne—was a classy touch, and we also had a choice of both white and red wine, which were lovely and complemented the meal nicely.

To top it off, we enjoyed a delightful cake with blackberry and whipped cream, which was a perfect end to a wonderful meal. Everything was smoothly organized, and the event followed a well-thought-out schedule. Highly recommended!

We came to eat prior to the Kings hockey game. The server didn’t come to take our order until we had been there for 10 minutes. When we received our food orders, the Hot Chicken Breast sandwich was COLD. The burgers were very average. It was obvious that they wanted everyone to partake in the buffet rather than ala cart dining. We had to wait another 15 minutes to see our server to get our check. Once I reviewed our $172 bill I noticed that we were over charged on every item. The prices were all higher than the scanned menu prices. For a dining room labeled as the Lexus Club, I would have expected better service, and better quality.

First time I actually going here having Lexus Club VIP passes. Had high expectations and was let down drastically. Started off by the ursher, waiter, and server not having communication nor having enough information to guide newcomers and explaining how it actually works to have VIP passes and how one can actually eat and enjoy the place. We ended up being moved around in and out of our table. Going back and forth. Server said we could just go in the buffet side and eat. A security lady at the buffet sent us back to server and said that we needed wristbands. Server then sent us back to waiter. Waiter then said that the server should have given them to us along with plates to go to the buffet. What an embarrassment on our end and the service that lacks communication, knowledge, and organization. Finally we make it to the buffet and sit on a table. Next our server at the buffet didn’t seem to believe we had VIP tickets as she asked multiple time if we were sure. This was such a waste of time. Lastly, what is the point of Lexus Club VIP passes if we still have to pay $161 for two people to eat here? The food included chicken, cod, a lot of potatoes, soup, and roast beef. Not worth any of the hassle at all. If it is VIP and we the customers spend money on VIP then it should include everything. I had high expectations and left embarrassed and extremely disappointed. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. If you are reading this just stick with the hot dogs or burgers and a beer just outside of this place. You will pay waaaay less and actually enjoy it.

Long time premier season ticket holder. This place continues to underperform in service. This place is poorly run and must be poorly managed. Not worth going to. We there last night for Kings vs Bruins.

Vegetarian options: Not gonna say, its the largest option, but definitely delectable.

Kid-friendliness: The employees have a way with children

The menu is limited. Although there is an option to go to a buffet next to this club which belongs to another establishment. going to a buffet was not what we have in mind let along the items are not interesting. Suggest this restaurant to have a better menu selection.

At Clippers vs Suns game.... Unknown white female bartender begin stating everybody is not equal when I arrived to the bar and refused me service. No other explanation then racism and discrimination.

Very popular option and very busy. The staff were lovely and helpful. A good addition to our night out at the Staples centre. Wish we had more time.

It’s ok to do once. Not included with ticket price, seems expensive for the quality you get. I love arena lounges - but could skip this one in the future.
