Been here before and wasn't really that impressed but tried it again with family and we all really enjoyed it. The food was varied with a lot of vegan options. Our party all enjoyed their sandwiches and breakfast dishes. Service was prompt and efficient. Surprised we could order cocktails and beer at breakfast. Nice. Large seating area and outdoor patio. Free parking and large lot at Ralph's. All good.

Literati has been my go to for easy brunches and lunches. Always has breakfast menu, so nice. Food, service, and atmosphere is really nice. Lovely place to stop by for food and chat.

I come here to get coffees and sit down but the coffees are most definitely over priced for what you get. The interior is super cute and plenty of seating with outlets. I do have to say for some reason everytime I come here I get poor service where the workers just seem very rude? The very first time I came here I ordered a $9 coffee and was going to leave cash tips so I said no tip on the machine for the lady to say "thank you for the tip" very snarky? I come here because It's conveniently close to me but otherwise wouldn't waste my time.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I've been here 5+ times because I used to enjoy the ambiance, food, and service for working and studying but I will not be back. I have never felt so unwelcome by an establishment in my life.I got there and was immediately greeted with attitude and as I'm trying to order the woman at the cash register is interrupting me. She then, of course, got my order wrong because she was too busy trying to speak over me. I ordered my drink iced and when the worker brought it to me hot, I nicely told him I asked for it iced and he took it back and said the ticket did not say iced. The woman from the register comes out and aggressively tells me "you didn't say iced but ok" and gives me my drink in a to-go cup (I asked for my drink to be for dining in). She immediately starts walking away and I tell her "yes I did" and she replies, from ACROSS the cafe with her back turned "ok".I didn't realize coming here would put me in a weird, aggressive, confrontational situation. If I didn't have to make a meeting I would have packed up my things and left as I was scared she would come over and try to pick yet another fight with me. I tried to inform an employee of the situation and all he did was say "okay" and continued about his job.I'm usually a very understanding and friendly patron as I have also worked in customer service. I'm very understanding of mistakes but this was unacceptable behavior. Why not just say my bad, assume you didn't hear me, and keep it moving?Don't come here unless you're okay with being attacked over a common mistake on your order

Food was good, ambiance can be nice, but the ambiance isn't very nice when the lady working is being rude to people. Poor lady ordered her coffee and the worker lady was gas lighting the person about how she ordered it wrong. Definitely not recommending this place anymore, such a shame, such nice potential but such rude service. Came here a total of 3 times and 1/3 times, bad service. 11pm 1/26. Would get a 4 otherwise. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience

Super underrated cafe. Free unlimited parking, super reasonable prices, wide selection of food and drinks, great service, calm, cozy and welcoming ambiance with great music. Fast WiFi and plenty of power outlets making it a great place to study. They even have covered outdoor seating!

It's been a while since I'd been here. Needed a quick bite to eat with the kids on Sunday and they didn't disappoint. Plenty of items to choose from Ana food was ready pretty quick.

This would be a five star review if they actually enforced their policy regarding service animals. Leave your pets at home, people.

Would be five stars if they enforced their service animal policy. Far to often there are dogs in here that are CLEARLY not working service animals. I wouldn't care enough to bitch about it online if it weren't for the intermittent barking. The chatter of a coffee shop is easy to filter out, and actually makes for a nice white noise background if you are doing some reading or writing. A single yelp from a dog (that is clearly not having as nice a time as their entitled human) cuts through that like a knife. Would also be cool if they were open a little later.

I had the worst oatmeal in my life. I don’t recommend it!To give more context about my rating:1. For the food I gave 1 star: If you don’t know how to prepare something, don’t put it in the menu… I thought it’s impossible to f. up an oatmeal, but you proved me wrong.2. For services I gave 3 stars because I was feeling nice however, the table was dirty, I had to clean it myself, my colleague was served a different dish than he ordered, and the correct dish took ages to come.3. For atmosphere I gave 4 stars and kudos for the music however, the lights are facing your face like you’re in a studio… You need sunglasses if you’re sitting at some tables.I don’t really care if you’re a family owned business or a 2stars Michelin, you get the exact review that you deserve from my experience there. Take it as something constructive and improve the experience for your future customers. Peace!
