I like Little Caesars for what it is, a place to get a decent pizza on the cheap. They have a new item, pizza puffs; pepperoni, cheese, and a bit of sauce, made in English muffin tins, four for $3.99, not bad at all. Get a side of marinara sauce to dip them in, and you're good to go. My favorite of the pizzas is the deep dish; ask for it made fresh with none of the seasoning salt they sprinkle over it; it's way too salty, and for me, ruins the pizza. In a hurry, craving pizza and don't want to spend too much dough ( a little pun there, I couldn't resist!)? Head to Little Caesars.

What a horrible place. I placed an order online and when it arrived it wasn't there and they kept me waiting for more than 5 minutes than workers. More inept
The cashier forgot to ask me what toppings I wanted and just automatically gave me pepperoni when I wanted

I ordered a pizza around 9pm and the estimated time of delivery was around 10pm (the store closes at 11pm). According to the Doordash tracking app, it showed the driver parked in a parking lot along the way for 15-20 minutes. The driver finally arrived around 10:35pm, but he brought me someone else's order; it was an old pepperoni pizza with cold stale breadsticks (neither were even warm) so I refused to accept it as compensation. He spoke no English, and gave me the impression he was going to 'go and come back' with my order, so I waited patiently because everyone makes mistakes in life and deserves a second chance...but not this guy... I watched the tracking app show him driving around my neighborhood for another 15 minutes (never going anywhere near the store), parked at another parking lot for another 10 minutes, and then came back with the SAME wrong order (after 11pm, so the store is now closed at this time). I was still recording and had a bilingual Doordash employee on the phone who spoke to the driver and translated that my order had been 'damaged' so that's why he didn't bring it to me (ie. 'damaged' means eaten/stolen) and all he could do is offer a refund. I guess he thought I was just going to accept the other order after waiting so long, but I told him to keep it, and he seemed pretty happy about it.I'm not sure why this guy thought he could just sit in a parking lot, eat my pizza, and then drive around until the store closed and then think he was going to just bring me some leftover pizza with no consequences. I recorded everything on my phone, and took screenshots of everything on my computer so I have all the evidence. I wish him all the best...at his next job, and my sincere condolences; maybe next time bring your own snacks to work.I'm supposedly getting a refund (in 7 to 10 days), but it still doesn't doesn't change the fact that I don't have my order, and this dude has a big pot belly...probably from 'damaging' other people's pizza. Oh, and the Doordash delivery tracking app said the driver's name was 'Claudia C', but it was a dude. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. You're welcome.
