Little Caesars Pizza

I placed a phone order for ultimate Supreme pizza with crazy cheese crust..They say ready in 15 minutes ,I come 20 minutes later still jam to wait 30 minutes..So this place is really under staffed and slow service..So when I get home I realized after eating pizza that they charged me an additional 3$ for crazy cheese crust but when I received the order it was regular crust..I was highly disappointed where I probably won't ever return to this location and its right down the street from where I stay.. I need compensation since this happened 12/22/25

I got the jalapeño cheese dip and I do not recommend it was basically nacho cheese (very little spice). It might have tasted better warm but the container said not to microwave so 🤷🏼‍♀️

Today January 13,2025 at 3:05 pm I went to pick up my order two pizzas and one order of crazy bread . The location is 4401 Eagle Rock Blvd Los Angeles CA 90041 . The cashier was a female with glasses she was kind and polite the manager By the name of Nelson at least he claim that was his name . He was about 5’2 with black hair and beard he was extremely unprofessional , rude , disrespectful and mocked me . He said they didn’t have any change for a hundred $100 . And he told me to go to the gas station to get change , when I was walking out he mocked me and said ( oh no we lost a $20 dollar customer ) how disrespectful and unprofessional that is . I went back in o told him I will be calling corporate and uploading a bad review . So sad people don’t understand they have Jobs because of customers . It’s very unfortunate and uncomfortable to have to visit this Little Caesars location because this manager was incredibly disrespectful to me for no reason he had no reason no business mocking me and saying a comment like that specially as I’m walking out .

I don't take the time to ever bother writing a food review but this time around it was so bad I was compelled to.

This is the every time I comes to this location, No hot and "ready" food or pizzas, 30 minute wait times, Pizzas that are sometimes either overcooked or under-cooked and inedible crazy bread that is so cold or so battered with butter they might as well jam 8 bars of butter in the bag.

The people working here are getting paid too much for the "Service" they are providing.

Food is good for what you pay for. Service was a little lackluster since I didn't pay ahead of time and just picked up any random pizza that was already made. Cooks could have acknowledged I was waiting and asked to wait before helping but they just saw me and looked away. Overall it's just a fast food place and don't expect much customer service anyway, just would have been nice.

These are like pizza dominoes, they take a long time to respond, that's why their customers are leaving.

This location is horrible. I try to have patience with the service industry, but this place has done poorly every time, without fail. It takes them far longer to complete your order than the estimated time shown. The biggest problem is that if they forget a sauce on the side, you have to stand at the counter for a considerable amount of time to get someone to help you. A dozen people will come by the counter and make eye contact with you, but no one comes to help. There’s always a very long line of angry people in the lobby who have also been neglected. I understand them being busy, but it is every time and it’s rather ridiculous.
