If you made your order online they don’t put your stuff in the pizza portal. You have to get in line to ask for it and that’s ridiculous because what’s the point about ordering ahead. South Gate Little Caesar’s is way better in service and food quality.

The app said my order was ready at 7:22pm
Nothing was ready at 7:40. They didn't even know my order existed.
I absolutely understand it's Saturday and it's always gonna be busy, but how is it not anticipated.
Team is unorganized.
My order wasn't even expedited. Put on like I barely ordered.
